WARNING!!!!!! Brian…read moreWeedman is one of the worst landlords EVER! DO NOT RENT FROM HIM OR BUY FROM HIM! EVER! He is the definition of a slumlord, has threaten to kick me out multiple times without warning due to no fault of my own, only to change his mind at the last second. (Continuous emotional distress) During my time there he was the least accommodating slumlord I've ever witnessed, never followed up on repairs, when construction was being done he wouldn't provide you warning when people would be entering and even when they did show up they never did what I had requested. Ex, fix the heat during the winter or loud construction during working hours. He even raised rent on me for no reason while I was renting from him while I always paid on time and never missed a month. After the 3rd time he threatened to kick me out-he asked if I would like to stay and continue to rent of which I refused and left. After finally feeling relieved and free from his abusive grasp, tax time came around. I asked for copies of my CRP (certificate of rent paid) of which he requested $25 per copy, of which is highly illegal and I had to address my lawyer of which they confirmed what he is doing is highly illegal! DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THIS SLUMLORD! He is by far one of the worst examples of what it is to be a quality landlord, not to mention quality human. STAY FAR AWAY! After requesting my CRPs for the final time his last response to me was: "were done here"

We have worked with Brian for several years now, in multiple capacities. As a realtor, he is…read moreexcellent. He has a vast knowledge of "house internals" and can spot areas of concern even if there isn't an obvious issue. He understands how the market works, and knows how to play within it. He doesn't over- or under-sell, but also does provide whatever input and opinions you need when trying to decide about making offers. In our case we decided to rent instead of buy, and he helped us find our current rental home. As the manager of our rental, he is beyond amazing. His average response time to any questions or issues is probably about 3-5 minutes, and if there is ever anything which requires maintenance he stays on top of the issue even past the time when it gets fixed... and makes sure it does get fixed in a timely manner. He is also able to come up with creative solutions to issues when they become especially sticky. He is helpful, courteous, professional, and sensitive... and obviously cares about the well-being of his tenants. All in all, we would recommend Brian to anyone who has any situation involving real estate or rental properties!

Our family is having the most unique experience with Dave and Barbara Christensen at KW Realty of…read moreBurnsville. Many past experiences in the family with land development and property transactions, and we are so impressed with their professionalism and genuine caring. They both take their time listening to our concerns. In finding a home for my elderly, but high-energy Mom (83 yo), they took every question and opinion seriously. It has been an experience full of insight and good judgement. In every conversation with Dave, an honest broker, and Barbara, an expert in art and design--we have connection at the heart level. We are building a home, not just a house and they "get it." Very enjoyable experience.

My husband and I just closed on a condo in Blooomington that Cheri Miller helped us find. We live…read moreout of state so we were worried about bridging the distance ... no need to worry! The entire house hunting, offering, and closing process was very easy and relatively stress-free. Her years as a realtor (and even more years as an active community member) put her in a strong position to connect people with real estate. We were particularly impressed with how Cheri handled a difficult closing. We had asked for professional cleaning as part of our offer and the seller declined. Her agent promised Cheri that she would personally make sure that the condo would be clean on inspection/closing day. Quite the opposite happened... the condo was filthy! The seller had 4 cats and it was quite obvious that little time had been spent cleaning. There were streaks on the laminate floor so we could see the seller had attempted something, but that something was not a clean property. Cheri went to bat for us with the seller's agent and held her ground on what had been promised to us by the agent, even going so far as to wait at the property while we went to closing so she could meet the seller's agent at the condo and show her. The other agent was quite put out with our standards and made no attempts to apologize or remedy the broken promise. Though Cheri warned us that the closing could be contentious, she maintained a professional demeanor that set the tone for our closing. If not for Cheri and her team, there is no doubt we would have been frazzled and flustered. They never wavered on supporting us and being in our court. I give my highest recommendation to Cheri Miller of Bernick Homes. Reach out to her ... you won't be disappointed.
