This physician drags down what I would, and have, said before this experience is a good ER, but a hospital system which tolerates this "service" is not entitled to praise and should be avoided. My advice is that, if there is time, choose a hospital which staffs its ER to treat patients with a modicum of respect, a lesson this doctor and hospital have yet to learn.

I have to say that to say though that there were a lot of "patients" who were exhibiting little to no patience. I witnessed the staff treating these patients with the same respect and dignity that was afforded me. So when you read any review consider the source of the posting as they could be one of those disgruntled patients without patience.

After months of other ENTs (though none as obnoxious) I had no answers. Eventually I learned through research that the symptoms were related: sinus infection caused vestibular neuritis, which caused vertigo, which caused fatigue and loss of appetite. It took about 9 months and 3 ENTs to finally get treatment from vestibular physical therapists - and under 2 for it to resolve. He's an irresponsible, callous person. The ladies at the front desk are nice, though, poor things.

She couldn't find a parking spot and had to walk a block or more! Would definitely NOT recommend this practice location because of overbooking, ridiculous wait times, rude staff, not enough chairs for patients to sit in and no where to park....very bad experience.
