I don't normally like to leave negative reviews, but in this case Mayura gave such awful service…read morethat I felt I had to. The cake tasted nice. But it was very unattractive and nothing like what we had asked for. It looked like no effort had been put into it at all. Mayura was quick to respond to emails when organising to have the cake made, but ignored our emails of complaint. We received the cake on the morning of our son's 1st birthday and Mayura had disappeared, giving us no opportunity to fix the cake before our event. When Mayura did reply she was rude, and only ever offered a £30 refund. When you pay a premium for a cake, you hope for it to not just taste nice but look nice. Worst of all she appears to have chosen to just ignore any emails from us now. We weren't being unreasonable and it just shows awful customer care.
