I really loved the initial contact with them so I came back in January and spoke with Teresa again who said she was pleased that I called back because another lady had similar experiences to mines with the same employer and would review my case and let me know. I received the run around for two months. I've called and got BS'd around why she couldn't talk or reasons why she was not in. I got told several times she left for the day early and I remained PATIENT AND POLITE. Today I called and, having a better relationship with the receptionist instead of the actual lawyer, I started talking to her about my experience. She tells me Theresa has notes that there are things I should be doing... that's basically her work ! I asked what they were because I have spoken to no one. I tell the receptionist that's what you're charging 34% for. All of a sudden the Teresa, who left for the day early, was available and I hear her in the background saying that the receptionist could transfer me. I get transferred and Teresa tries to tell me that I'm stressed. I informed her that I'm DEFINITELY NOT but I am frustrated because I respected her and her time and that was not done for me. I called several times and never got answers. Teresa. She NOW tells me (how convenient) that they have too much of a workload and that my case is denied. It was funny hearing this now that she's pissed because I'm telling her that it's ridiculous how long have waited. However, although I am extremely frustrated I never disrespected her.
