He worked closely with us throughout the design process to bring our dream kitchen to life, and we genuinely appreciated his craftsmanship and the effort he put into the project.
Unfortunately, as the project progressed, our experience became increasingly inconsistent. Frank worked with other contractors whose involvement would often fall through, making parts of the process unreliable. We also chose custom maple wood with a specific stain, and achieving a consistent color match proved challenging. After the kitchen was installed, we noticed that several drawer fronts and cabinets had been installed incorrectly and showed visible damage. Frank agreed to replace the affected pieces, and we were hopeful that everything would be resolved.
However, nearly six months later, we are still waiting for the job to be completed. We have made repeated attempts to contact Frank to schedule the remaining work. Initially, he would respond, explain the delays, and provide estimated completion dates, but those dates continued to pass without resolution. More recently, our messages have gone unanswered entirely.
This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially because we genuinely wanted to share a highly positive review recognizing Frank's craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism. Throughout the project, Frank frequently emphasized his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients, which made the lack of follow-through at the end particularly disheartening.
We would love the opportunity to update this review if Frank follows through and completes the remaining work. Unfortunately, as things stand, what began as a promising experience has ended on a disappointing note. While we appreciated his efforts during the design process, we believe that accountability, communication, and follow-through are just as important as the quality of the initial work.
