During her procedure, she repeatedly told the dentist that something was hurting and that she felt a lot of blood in her mouth. Despite expressing her concerns several times, she did not feel that she was being taken seriously. At one point, she had to sit up because she was spitting out a large amount of blood and had already swallowed quite a bit of it. When she mentioned what was happening, she was told that it was "just water." She was left with a significant injury inside her mouth, along with pain and swelling. What disappointed us most was not only the injury itself, but also the lack of concern, communication, and empathy shown toward the patient throughout the situation. The only solution offered was a prescription for medication, without a clear explanation or proper follow-up. We cannot recommend this office.

They were able to fit me in within a week of me calling. I showed up and the receptionist was super sweet and walked me through the process of getting added to the system. There was a minor hiccup with accessing my insurance card, but they were very gracious and accommodated me. My exam and cleaning went smoothly, both the Dr. and hygienist, Alyssa, made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed about what they were doing, offering any explanations that I might need, as well as very transparent about potential costs that might not be covered by insurance and getting my consent before proceeding with the treatment. I'm very pleased with my visit, and look forward to being a returning client. The only thing that I would say to keep in mind is that the parking lot is tight and a little tricky to navigate. Other than that, no complaints.

I must say, I do wish I would've just called him from the beginning. The staff was pleasant and professional. Dr. Lane was informative and attentive to my needs. I didn't get anything done that day, but set up an appointment for first thing next morning. I was in and out in about 45 minutes, tops (I had an infected wisdom tooth pulled). I have always had trouble finding a dentist or oral surgeon who doesn't think I'm crazy when it comes to pain. My experience at Dr. Lane's office tops all others and I will definitely see him again.

I go in for a consultation on Wednesday to be schedule to have I.V. SX to remove 5 teeth on Friday. The girls were great by the way. I asked while in the chair, will I be awake or feel anything? The girl said you will be completely aware but comfortable. She also said I should not feel ANY pain, but maybe pressure. If I do feel pain say something. Well, all of a sudden I FEEL EVERYTHING!! Excruciating PAIN!!! My mom can hear me yelling from the waiting room. I tell Dr. Lane it hurts badly! I expressed this with conviction 3 times. The 3rd time I said something, he throws his hands down and says,"I CAN STOP THE SX RIGHT NOW AND YOU CAN GET UP AND LEAVE"! OMG!! I'm in the chair mouth wide open and gums cut open while he is extracting my teeth and he says that? I immediately go into scared mode and starr to cry. I am mortified by his ethics. This really frightens me to think I may not be the ONLY one he has done this to? I really hope if he has done this to others, hopefully not children that people come forward. I will not be silenced!
