Greg is such a bright light and is so good at what he does! I had a 90 minute massage a few weeks back and I left full of ZEN! I instantly felt a huge difference in my range of motion and posture. I first started going to Greg about 10 years ago but left Boston for five years. Upon my recent return I made an appointment with Greg and it's like five years had never passed. He's terrific, professional, and a very sweet man. Greg always asks if there are any issues/tightness but can also read your muscles as he's working. After months of stress and beginning a new exercise regimen, I decided to treat myself to a much needed massage. I had actually never had a massage before so looked on Yelp for a therapist and Greg seemed to stick out. He had positive reviews, which are important of course, but I also liked that he is a one-man operation. I've grown tired of upscale spas where appointments are difficult to get and clientele can be somewhat pretentious. Greg has the quality of an upscale spa without the attitude. It was super easy to get an appointment. He responded to my email request within a few hours and was able to accommodate the exact day and time that I wanted. When I arrived at my appointment, I immediately liked Greg and felt like I had known him for years. He was personable and full of energy. We talked about areas that were in particular need of attention as well as any areas that I might prefer to be omitted. And since this was my first massage, Greg let me know what to expect and put me completely at ease. The room was warm and relaxing with soft lighting and mellow music. Greg gave an amazing massage, checking in every so often to make sure the pressure was okay, but otherwise letting me melt into the tranquil experience. The 90 minutes seemed to fly by because I didn't want it to end, but it was a very thorough massage that was the perfect combination of deep tissue work, stretching and relaxation.
