If you are selling or buying a house, you will be in the best hands with Chloe Cruz. She was my…read moresellers agent for my condo in Long Beach. When I was scoping out agents, she was by far the most helpful and informative of everyone. She conducted really detailed analysis of pricing and comps, gave some prudent tips on light staging of the home that frankly saved me alot of money and gave me an overview on market timing and list pricing that helped sell the unit quickly. I learned alot about the dynamics of the real estate market and how critical pricing and timing/speed is. It was much more than any other realtor I spoke with. During the sale, she truly went above and beyond with dressing up the unit herself, taking very professional-level photography (which drove significant interest) and even assisting personally with repairs due to me being remote from the property. I was impressed by her guidance and direction. She looks out for your best interest, which I needed because I didn't really know what to do. She held firm on the asking price and really vetted the offers before they came in. She's smart about pricing, so if I had to drop the price, it was the bare minimum. She is exceptionally responsive, so any question you asked was attended to immediately, which you need in a realtor who is coordinating across multiple people. In escrow, she was helpful with guiding the process and negotiating things with the seller. It was about as easy of a transaction like this could be. Because of all of these qualities, I highly recommend her for both buying a house and selling. She is not only attentive but knowledgeable and will give you smart advice. She is also such a nice and sweet person to work with. It was such a great experience. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home, call Chloe.

She has tried to request 25,000 dollars in updates for her decision to make the condo have a seperate water connection from the rest of the building. She didnt like not having water when the water had to be shut off for units below. Not my problem, the condo was built this way. It's a 4 story condo complex, it's not a townhome or a detached single family home. No defects. 100% buyers decision to replace her water system with a standalone system. Probably the only system of her kind in the condo of 400 units. Anyway, Chloe has been rock solid in communication and advice. I ultimately sent an attorney letter at the purchaser, and her harrassment has finally ceased. Should have done that sooner. Lesson learned. Thanks Chloe for the awesome care and communication.
