I worked with Feizal on the purchase of my second home. After seeing countless homes to find the perfect fit of something move in ready & with enough space with a yard & home office - we finally found the perfect property. Feizal worked with the selling agent to make sure that my offer was accepted over multiple offers & even received a credit back. He offered some unique strategies (that I'd never heard of) to ensure that my offer was strong but that I wasn't unnecessarily overpaying. His strategy undoubtedly saved me tens of thousands. Appreciate his persistence, accessibility (always was available to answer my many questions) and knowledge of the market, contracts, and resources (he had great contacts for inspections, repairs, painters and even cleaners). read more

Feizal once again represented the sale of our home and purchase of our next home. For the sale, he managed to get us multiple offers, significantly over ask, a lengthy lease back which enabled us to have ample time to find our next home & favorable terms that worked for us. He was an incredible negotiator and once again made a very stressful process run as smoothly as possible. On the purchase of our new home, in this insane market where homes are all in bidding wars - he was able to find a house with ALL of the criteria I was seeking and the most incredible part - we purchased a home below asking - unheard of in this market! The sellers agent commented that a big part of our offer being accepted was his confidence in Feizal to be a good partner to bring the deal to close - certainly helped reinforce my confidence as well! Always know that he's working hard for me! read more

As a first time homebuyer, Feizal was amazing. He walked me through the process, from my first offer to closing and escrow. He was incredibly helpful in suggesting properties, lenders, inspectors, contractors, etc and making sure I found the right place for me. He made himself readily available to answer any questions I had and explain all the random details that come up since buying a home is a steep learning curve. Would definitely recommend him, and would work with him again if I decide to move! Thank you! read more

Sold! After a lot of back and forth (and some more back and forth :)), we decided to take the plunge and list our place during this crazy time. Wanted to take a moment to give a shoutout to our awesome agent, Feizal. We had been so anxious to list it, with having people come into the home plus the unknowns of the housing market right now. However, Feizal had a sit down with us, came prepared with all the data, and with our end goal in mind, listed the pros/cons of listing now vs later and laid out a plan that we were comfortable with. We made the decision to list it. Throughout the process, Feizal was extremely professional, available via text/phone, and really made sure we had options every step of the buying and selling process. During the selling process, he ensured the potential buyers had the necessary approvals before accepting a showing - this really helped reduce the footprint to only serious buyers. Not to mention his negotiating skills ended up saving us THOUSANDS in the end! If you have been thinking about buying or selling, really recommend reaching out to him for an informational chat. Great person and agent to work with - would hands down recommend him. read more

We recently moved to Los Angeles and were in a hurry to find a home. Feizal helped us narrow down a neighborhood and was both tireless and patient in his pursuit of finding it - even though he was under pressure to move quickly and in a competitive market. He also helped us navigate the entire process of negotiations, etc, with a steady hand and an even keel, which was invaluable as first time home buyers. We couldn't have been happier. read more

Feizal is great! I had been searching for a new home and did not yet have a real estate agent, and everyplace I went to the real estate agent showing the house would push to represent me and would talk down about other real estate agents. Feizal asked if we had a real estate agent but was never pushy about representation and didn't speak poorly of other people. I appreciated it. He helped make the home buying experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend him as your agent. read more

Feizal is an amazing realtor and I would work with him again in a second. He helped me with my first home sale and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Aside from his extreme competence and unquestionable knowledge, he is also fantastic at communicating - he always made time to explain strategy, give context for options, and answer all my questions any time day or night. With his guidance I sold for more than I expected, and even if I hadn't I would still be thrilled with the work he did. It's rare to get to work with someone who is great at their job and is also a great person. read more

Thanks to Feizal, we are happy to be moving into the home of our dreams! Feizel was absolutely a blessing as our real estate agent in an extremely competitive market. From the start of our search for a home, Feizal immediately understood what we were looking for in a home that would suit our family of four. He sent us relevant listings that matched our needs and was extremely knowledgeable about how to approach competitive homes in multiple offer situations. Buying a home is exciting and stressful at the same time, and Feizal eased the stress tremendously by being available at all times to answer any questions that came up. He made it clear that our search was a priority and accompanied us to open houses always opening our eyes to important details that we would have likely missed on our own. In the end, we completely fell in love with a desirable home that had six offers- all above asking. He was able to guide us into counter-offering a price that was comfortable for us but also the offer that was accepted which we could not be happier about. We are so grateful to Feizal's talent, attention to detail and incredible knowledge about the market. Choosing Feizal as our agent is the best decision we've made and we cannot thank him enough. read more
