I'm so thankful that a Google search led me to Connie. She was quick to respond to my calls and texts and was so accommodating and sweet. Within a couple hours of contacting her, Connie made me a beautiful flower arrangement exactly as I had requested AND at a small fraction of what I expected to pay. Flowers! Get your flowers!…read more My late grandparents are buried in Glasgow, so for Memorial day, I went with my parents to place a new flower arrangement on their headstone. We stopped by Kerr's to get some more greenery to fill in some of the holes in our arrangement. Kerr's seems to have pretty much every color of flower available. They also have tanning booths. I find this to be kind of strange. I will refrain from making any jokes about the relationship between tanning booths and cemeteries.

A lady went in and asked if they could do a small arrangement for her daughter for Valentine's Day…read moreshe only had 12 $ to spend but thought she could get a little something for what she had to spend and called ahead of time to order so it would be ready on Valentine's Day went in to pick it up and they couldn't find the order at first then they come back with this very poorly arrangement with broken flowers half the petals are gone off of plain white daisies is this the way you treat someone that only wanted to give someone a small gift of happiness on a limited amount of money needless to say no refunds so someone could have maybe salvaged the day somewhere else after waiting for the lost order to be found and then come out with the poor sad creation thrown together I understand that the more you have in money the better the bouquet but looks like you would have fixed up something a little bit better to keep your reputation in good standing according to your reviews the funerals have given you the best but you might just stick to what you do best because the sad pitiful arrangement that cost 12 $ was just as I said , and to get rude after the lady was heartbroken over the sadness of the order you gave her just goes to show if you don't have a lot of money to spend then don't go to your shop one day you will have a little karma come back and I hope you remember the ones that cried after they left your shop because they didn't have high dollars to spend and you didn't care enough to put together something that would show you had any heart at all keep up the good work for the ones that have the money to give but to the ones that don't meet your standards just tell them before you take the last dollar they have you will get whatever is back in the shop we can salvage and throw together because that's what was given to a customer today a take it or don't come back and with the customer service there don't worry this low income that's not worthy of your standards of quality will not be back so you can take that 12 $ do what you want with it just because it wasn't a 50 or a 100 the petty cash ain't worth your time , disappointment and very sad that people like this just don't even care, lesson learned today just go to Walmart got a beautiful tyedyed flower arrangement with a tyedyed teddy bear in a sweet vase for 6 $ to give to the lady that gave you her last dollar and that's how you show some kindness maybe you will learn something from this or maybe you won't but at least I made someone smile and took care of a situation you created.
