We contacted Moons in February of 2022 and arranged for him to do three jobs. Front landscaping, a…read moretree ring in our front yard, and a creek bed on the side of our home. He pulled out all of our bushes in March, promising to return in April to do the work. May came and after many unanswered texts from Moons, I was told he would be the at the end of the month. Finally, they showed up in July during a heat wave and drought conditions. He did everything but the tree ring with a promise to return in the fall. Fall came with no contact and no tree ring. By September we had lost 7 plants. By January, we lost every single plant. I made multiple attempts to communicate all of this to Russ. I contacted Russ in August and was assured they would come out and replace the plants. I contacted him in January, March, April. It is now May of 2023. He ghosted us over the tree ring and is ghosting us regarding the plants. What few responses I got were excuses of "I am so busy." We are all busy. What that really means is that we were not a high priority for him. That everyone else was more important than us and his word and obligation to make things right. If you need landscaping done - try someone else.
