I had someone else call them from a different number and they picked up right away, and when asked why they didn't show up to the 9am appointment they hung up on her. Immediately following this, they called me and tried saying that the crew did come out. I reiterated that I was here the whole time and no one came. The lady on the phone then tried saying someone else was supposed to come out and they thought it was tomorrow. When I asked why they ignored my calls and texts for 2 hours and immediately answered someone else's phone call, she tried saying that she's been on hold with Georgia Power for 2 hours trying to do a stop service request. First of all, yes Georgia Power is a pain in the ass. But they don't keep you on hold for two hours. And if you were in fact on hold and couldn't answer calls and texts, how were you able to answer someone else's call immediately? This was not at all a match to their 4.7 Star reviews. I was really looking forward to getting this done with a seemingly reputable company, and I've been left extremely disappointed and a week behind schedule.

He quickly responded and came out to talk with us about the repairs that it would need. Within a few days he emailed a quote outlining the demolition, labor and materials costs for composite vs wood decking. The quote was detailed, yet easy to understand and thorough. Due to a family emergency on our part we were not able to schedule the repair immediately, but when we were ready he got us on his schedule within a couple of weeks. Stephen, his partner, led the crew, as they basically rebuilt the deck in a couple of days. Throughout the process Daniel and Stephen both kept me informed and answered my questions.
