The crew was very helpful and did a very through job. I highly recommend this company. I have used Stanley steamer and steamatic and they are both terrible. Kevin O'Brien and CitruSolutions were recommended to us by a friend and we could not be more pleased. We recently had them back after our daughter moved out, having lived in our basement for a bit with her sweet dog Charlie. As you can imagine, a large dog going in and out, for months and months, presented a challenge when it came to keeping the carpets clean. Usually, a picture is worth a thousand words but even so, these pictures only scratch the surface of what an amazing job they did. The corner picture is where Charlie would eat and that area was a huge mess! I sincerely did not believe it would come clean...but it looks great! I truly did not expect Kevin and his team to work the miracle they did yesterday. I cannot recommend CitruSolutions Carpet Cleaning of Gainesville enough! Unbelievable. I just purchased a deal, $50 for $100 worth of service, and when I called to schedule…read moreservice, Mike the owner informed me that it's not worth it for him to clean my studio carpet for $50. The reason why I chose to go with him is bc of the good reviews and the deal. That's the whole point of running specials, to gain recognition and build a happy customer base on Yelp. So apparently, I now need to waste my time getting a refund for my deal from Yelp. He told me he would recommend others who are cheaper, because his services are too good for me. What kind of customer service is this? What's worse is that we got disconnected due to bad connection, and he hasn't called back nor is he picking up the phone when I call. It's pretty obvious he's avoiding my call now. Does he really think I'd keep this to myself when I bought the deal on a REVIEW SITE called Yelp?
