Instead, I had to flag down an employee driving a golf cart just to locate the security office myself. The lack of follow-up and assistance during a situation involving property damage is unacceptable. Additionally, the parking lot design is extremely narrow, making it difficult to navigate safely and increasing the risk of accidents. I hope Kierland Commons takes both customer and employee safety more seriously and improves its response to incidents like this in the future.

This is a perfect example of why so many people say Phoenix has no character or sense of taste. This is just a structure erected as quick as possible to capture all the income being spent outside the surrounding neighborhoods, and I hope it becomes a worthwhile destination someday.
