Ordered 9 ginger plants including installation. After a couple of weeks the plants did not look well. I used a moisture probe to check if they were getting enough water and found the plants were just thrown in the hole but were never filled in with dirt. read more

This landscaping company has a lot of inefficiencies.They took our deposit but has taken them a long time to start the project. After the landscaping was done, several plants were in shock and their response was always late or none at all. We gave their designer our ideas but she proceeded with her own and we did not like the results. We dug up one plant that they installed and we found out it was root rotted. We are very disappointed with this landscaping company and will never recommend them to anyone. 06/01/2021 read more

I asked if they sold Italian Cypress. They said they did and proceeded to the area where they had them. I said it didn't look like the Italian Cypress I had, it looked like more of a spruce. They indicated it was for certain an Italian Cypress, but they look different when they are young plants. It has been a good ear and I am looking at what I planted and it is definitely NOT an Italian Cypress. Never doing business with those liars anymore. Too many other reputable places. read more

We spent $15k+ with Greenway to landscape our new home. The "landscape designer" came out several times to look at our spaces, discuss design ideas and check sun/shade for the areas to be planted. I mentioned liking bromeliads and they planted many but problem is they planted in full sun areas and they can't handle full sun. Most all of them died and they are expensive. Many other plants have also died due to planting in incorrect light. We asked for a dwarf triple pygmy Palm near the entryway to our home. The one they planted was too big to start and we told them so when they planted it and it outgrew the space within the first few months. Our designer kept ignoring my texts to rectify the situation and We ended up having to pay another company to move it to another location, buy another palm and have it planted. I notified our designer via text many many times to no avail! It was radio silence! I should have gone above her to a manager or owner but was super busy with work and a new house and never did. That is my fault! Greenway will gladly take your money and not stand by their product. Please beware and don't get yourself in the same situation we did. We are having to spend a lot more money now having to replace everything that died!I obviously DO NOT recommend Greenway! read more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS NURSERY IF YOU NEED HOA APPROVAL. We had a horrible experience with Greenway trying to get copies of their FL business license and declaration page of their liability policy. This paperwork was required by our HOA Board as part of our initial application for installing a new tree in our yard before approval could be granted. After 2 months of waiting (with several calls and an in person visit), we gave up and asked for a refund. read more

they remove the lawn to place weed matt and place stones all over, they never level the ground under, and by le patio pavers, they dint go very deep for digging, now the stones are above the pavers, to me i call that a shitty job, they coulnd care less.no recommendation here. read more

I have avoided doing this for as long as I could... We used Greenway for mowing our property but in April 2022 decided to cancel services with them. Once we couldn't get ahold of anyone regarding stopping services, we finally sent an email to the director of operations, Will. We sent an email to will.greenway@aol.com. We never got a response BUT they stopped coming to mow our property and never returned. They had obviously gotten our email. The services stopped but the monthly charges of hundreds of dollars did not. They had charged a total of $1300. We then starting texting and calling the number on invoices. The number was 239-948-0088. After many attempts FINALLY this person told us we'd be getting a check in the mail for the $1300 they over charged us. It's been a couple months now with no check received. We have since been trying to get ahold of them asking where the check is. NO response. If this were only over a small amount, I would have let this go... but this is a thousand dollars plus... It's a lot of money to be missing especially when services weren't being provided. I would be happy to remove this reviews once they make this right. read more

No License for Paver work. They will try to say and are falsely advertising on their website that they can do Paver and Pool Deck remodels but I have looked them up with Collier County as well as Lee County and they currently are inactive with Collier and no License has been applied for with Lee County. I would suggest any other company if you are looking to have this type of work done. Just make sure they are licensed. read more

This is the second time we have used Greenway to do landscaping. Both times we have been extremely pleased with the work they have done. Kelly and his team have been professional and hard working. All through our project team members would check in with us to make sure we were satisfied with what they were doing. All suggestions Kelly made were well thought out and knowledgeable. Kelly more then demonstrated his ability to deal with people when he had to make peace with a neighbor who was not pleased about work we were doing. He also went above his job description when he got us a sprinkler company to make an emergency visit when our communities landscapers were unable to do the work. In our opinion prices were well with in the average range and work was superior to other companies. read more

BUYER BEWARE: We hired Greenway to build a lanai with pavers, a koi pond and a cage. We gave them half of the money upfront then waited 4 months for the job to start. Kelly Spielmaker who was the project coordinator, did not keep us informed throughout the process. The contractors were waiting for their deposits which Kelly did not submit until we contacted him. On 4 instances contractors showed up with no advance notice. The pavers look nice but my husband had to re-apply the sand between them. The wrong style cage was built and they did not cover the koi pond prior to starting which caused $675.00 imported Japanese Koi to die. We had to ask the contractors to come back to connect the downspouts from the gutter. For some reason Kelly thought $450.00 would cover the cost of the dead fish and $300.00 would cover the cost of the wrong cage. I think it would of cost him a lot more if we insisted on rebuilding the correct one. We are still finding shards of metal from them screwing the cage together which they did not clean up. They charged us additional money from the quote to patch the lawn to reinstate it to original condition after they left piles of sand and rock for an excessive amount of time. read more

We just had an amazing customer experience at Greenway Landscape. From the moment we walked into the yard to getting plants and trees put into the ground Rey who was our landscape designer aimed to please. We are recent transplants to Florida and wanted the Palm Tree and Tropical Plant experience for our home. Every single person we spoke to there was helpful, kind, respectful and attentive. We had visited several other nurseries and were not impressed. Rey was patient, very well informed and a real pro. If you spend 5 minutes with him, you will see that he has a real passion for landscaping. The prices were in line and in some cases better than other nurseries we visited. STAY AWAY! Dishonest business. Beware of the two Eric's-manager/sales. Use your American Express even when they tell you "it won't go through, do you have another credit card?" Check your receipt line for line. Was charged for soil and fertilizer that was never used. Automatically charged $125.00 for "irrigation wet check and repair" in order to warranty their plantings. This was the biggest joke of all since one zone does not work and I have a professional irrigation company coming to repair and replace broken heads. Paid $180.00 for a hibiscus tree in addition to an installation fee. Charged $70 for a lodge pole. Home Depot uses the same wholesaler and will replace plants with no questions asked if you are not satisfied. Greenway blames you. Shame on them and shame on you if you ever use their services or purchase anything from them. Rather than credit my credit card-Eric (dishonest salesman) hand delivered cash to me from his own wallet. What does that tell you? read more

I visited several (+10) nurseries in the Naples area to research information on the best types of shrubs to plant for a privacy hedge. Greenway had the best overall package offering on their prices, warranty, and installation services. Their team was fantastic to work with, making the process overall very seamless. Kenny and his team did an excellent job with the installation and the plants they picked out were extremely full and healthy. I will absolutely use this nursery again for future landscape needs.
