I've been dragging my feet on selling my car but finally had some time to research local auto detailing when I discovered GreenWax. One of the appealing things about GreenWax was how clearly the website described service options and price points for each service & combination. I called and left a message to schedule an appointment and Daniel promptly replied. Initially, I thought I had to bring my car to a physical GreenWax location - but to my surprise, it's a completely mobile service that comes to YOU! The owner, Daniel, is so sweet, communicative, and prompt. When he arrived, he assessed my vehicle - the outside was filthy: covered in ash from wildfires from earlier this season, leaves, twigs, sap, and other fog-inducing grime. The interior was in better shape but the seats needed some steam-cleaning to eradicate signs of my previous, failed seat-cleaning attempts. He estimated the job would take 2 - 2.5 hours and set to work. My husband and I ran some errands and when we returned Daniel was still diligently wrapping up steam-cleaning the interior. He's a very hard worker. When he was all done and packed up, he let me know the car was ready. It sparkled - my car now looks brand new; I have photos I intend to share on Yelp shortly (they're only the "After" images but it's a 2011 model and you do the math, this car's seen some stuff in its day). He pointed out one spot on the hood that appears to be a sap-spot that he wasn't comfortable removing at the risk of damaging the paint, which I appreciate. I'd rather have a sap expert deal with it than paint peeling off. I asked if Daniel has a staff or if he himself works 7 days a week (the website & Yelp tout a 7-day schedule!). He explained he does currently work every day of the week, although he has some help but isn't able to employ workers full-time just yet. I am really impressed and SO GRATEFUL for all the work and care he put into my car today. Now I'm a step closer to selling this cute car! Once again Yelp saves the day. My car was starting to get quite filthy and unkempt so I looked online and found GreenWax and I must say I was blown away. The key things for me: 1. The ability to look at exactly what you are getting online, without having to send a photo in, calling to describe your car, etc. 2. The convenience of online calendars, eliminating the back and forth texting/calling. 3. The confirmation e-mail AND text immediately after booking and day of service, respectively. 4. The friendly (and downright rare in this day and age) attitude that came with the service. The attention to customer service, the meticulous work, and the before/after and how it was explained in detail. 5. Let me just say, GreenWax is the best!! I got my car detailed today by Daniel and it was a great/easy experience. And let me say he did an amazing job! I called GreenWax before I scheduled my appointment and Daniel was able to answer all my questions since this was my first time using a mobile detail company. I then scheduled my appointment online and a $25 deposit is required that goes towards your final price. Daniel texted me before he was at my location and explained everything to me. I live in Little Italy and he was able to do the entire service in my apartment garage. It took him about an hour and a half to do the Sedan size exterior/interior detail and he really put his time and hard work into it. I feel like I'm driving right off the car dealership lot, my car is so clean and smells great. I definitely will be doing all my car details with Daniel in the future! read more

I called and asked for their earliest appointment, and Daniel (sp?) came in less than two hours. My car was filthy - ash and soot everywhere from the neighboring fire, and months worth of gunk. My tires were disgusting like no other as well. He was able to get it spotless, and I can't be happier with the results. I used to go to an automatic car wash, but never again! I hope Daniel succeeds with his business for a long time, because he's way too nice for it to go otherwise. read more

I just got the detailed car wash (5/1/2020). They are not closed (that is what the yelp record says), and why should they be, given that all interactions are very much socially distanced. I have used them multiple times (4+), and all aspects of the experience are superior: customer service, ease of booking, and most importantly quality of the result. read more

I am beyond impressed with this company. The online appointment system worked perfectly, and I received a text message reminder. The worker was on time and texted when he was almost at the location I picked. He let me know how long it would take (2.5 hrs). I asked for exterior and interior cleaning, and he got rid of all the oil stains, soda stains, dog hair, etc. I was extremely amazed as to how spotless it was. The best service! My car was so dirty and with my busy schedule, first I don't have time to go wash it, and second when I have time during my weekends this is something I don't want to do. I hired the service through the phone number, they were really nice. We set up a time and location and they went to my work. When I finished, I couldn't even recognize my car, so shinny and clean! I LOVED! They were punctual and organized. The car was very very clean, outside and inside. The leather, the carpets, every single detail, and of course the smell inside the car was so good! Super happy with my car wash! Danielle did a great job. Was a couple minutes late but only because he was attempting to rescue a dog that had run out on the road. I really liked the mobile aspect as well, having him come to me made it so I could work from home and not be interrupted with going out. I had just taken a trip, so my midsize Subaru really needed a cleaning inside and out. I made an appointment for both interior and exterior cleaning with steam cleaning. The guy showed up on time, and took about 2.5 hrs to finish. The seats were originally a light beige, so dirt and stains were especially visible on them. They were looking clean as new after the job was done. Overall I was pretty happy with the result. $109 + tip. Would call them again the next time I need an auto cleaning service. I originally tried booking an appointment online, but their online booking system doesn't seem to accurately reflect their availability, and it wouldn't let me book the slot I wanted. I suggest just making the appointment over the phone. They're a mobile service, they'll come to you and do the cleaning in a parking lot or wherever your car is. read more
