While we enjoyed the beautiful sites, we all agreed that the best part of the evening was the ride on the Tuk Tuk! It was a fun mode of transportation... inside the vehicle but open enough to enjoy the weather outside. Sophia was amazing, engaging and was full of energy/passion. We saw a deal at Groupon for $28 and we decided to take a chance on the activity. You don't go in any buildings, except one - the Palmer House Hotel. It was a good place for a break in the tour, though no scary stories were told about it. My feedback for the tour company is to add more stories if possible, I feel like there could be a little bit more added compared to the other tours I've been on. Parking: Use spot hero beforehand to find the best deal closest to Hoyt's tavern (meet up spot). Picked the spot near Dunkin Donuts for $10.99 and 5 min walk away. FYI: The tour does NOT circle back close to where they originally started. We ended the tour about 20 min walk away. So just keep that in mind. We were fine with it and even got to stop by one of our favorite Gelato places in Paris, Amorino on the way back. Discovered they have a store here along the walking tour.

Fast forward to the day of travel. It's 6:00 am. No taxi. 6:09, No taxi. I called and was told that the taxi was en route. 6:20, still no taxi. I called back and told the dispatcher (Dan) that when I request a 6 am pick-up, that's what I expect. He told me that when cars can fly over traffic, that's when his taxi can be there when requested. I told him that traffic should be anticipated and that prompt arrival should be a goal. he began saying something about what people do 'in Vegas'. I told him I wasn't concerned about Vegas. He then said to me, "JUST GET IN THE TAXI AND BE QUIET!!!" and hung up on me!! I cannot believe that someone in Customer Service would treat people this way!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE RUDE OBNOXIOUS PEOPLE! I was later told that Dan had PTSD, was in Iraq, and was shot in the face. No Excuse!! THIS BUSINESS SUCKS!! Hard!!

Unbelievable that a pedicab company would charge $55 for a .6 mile ride that would have cost $6 in…read morea taxi. Preying on people getting off cruise ship events when they are tired or have difficulty walking is just awful. I am not opposed to paying for convenience but this is a rip off-no one would ever expect to pay $55 for an about half a mile ride. Do yourself a favor and clarify the fee before you ride-or better yet, find a cab and avoid pedicab all together-there are lots of complaints online for a reason. Warning! Caution! should be on the side of the cab.
