The result is a relaxed atmosphere and staff who seem happy, and therefor treat you well. They are keen and happy to help, and the post office offers all the usual services you expect. Went to Kensington High street Post office to renew our expired passport today 10am 10/07/24. We were served by a gentileman (name Badge was Harinder). Harinder considered our age and explained the cons and pros of the application system and chose the safest system to apply and receive. He was very knowledeable in that field. He also advised us not to travel with out a travel insurance, and to my wife about a life insurance for six pounds. We were very happy with the service. Now a days Super market to Hospitals are considering people as consumers. This gentleman treated us as a friend advised for our welfare. Thank you Harinder.

It's spacious, clean and bright, with a reasonably sized sales area selling stationery items - the queue goes through it, so you can browse while you are waiting. Service is pretty reasonable - the queues here don't seem too bad, and move fairly quickly, and the staff are generally friendly. Christmas is the exception though, when you may have to wait 15 minutes. It's always better first thing in the morning. Services include everything you'd expect from a large branch - Royal Mail, Licences, Bureau de Change, Insurance and various other offers from the Post Office (though these are mostly available online too). There's a bus stop just outside with a wide range of services.
