Opening the checking account was straightforward, and the staff took the time to explain everything clearly without making it feel rushed or salesy. Day to day banking has been easy, and anytime we've had a question, we've gotten a quick, friendly answer from someone who actually knows us. On the mortgage side, the process was smooth from start to finish. We felt guided through each step, with clear communication on what documents were needed and what to expect next.
