It wasn't made as a quesadilla from the start because of how the fillings are. The Cuban panini is very good. The "burrito" was tasty but hard to eat because it was folded and cut like a quesadilla, but not pressed. Ended up having to eat it with a fork. Everyone was friendly and the store was clean, we're just baffled by this "burrito" oddity.

It didn't matter of $39 is in my card. I gave you 40 complete the transaction and give me my receipt but no, she insisted on keep asking me a question holding in the lineup when I answered her question like literally six times while showing her that the app says it's gonna charge a dollar so once again I was expecting to pay $41 And then I start raising my voice because she's not getting it and she still has my money in her hand, just give me my 20 and I'll be gone, but this is this is why they have poor ratings because they're not very smart people. All you had to do was say how it works not keep asking me why I gave you 60 lol I know it doesn't take much intelligence to work at 7:11 but come on now.

Within just a couple of days, it started tasting burnt, and shortly after that it barely worked at all, I had to keep pulling multiple times just to get it to hit. A 5K puff vape should last much longer than that, so this was clearly defective. I returned the next business day (they were closed Sunday), and instead of replacing it, they refused a refund and only offered to sell me another one at half price. That's not a real solution, that's paying again for a faulty product. If you're going to charge premium prices, you should stand behind what you sell. Very disappointing experience, and judging by these reviews, it seems to be standard practice.
