The first person who answers doesn't identify himself but rather starts speaking as if he is the CPA and starts giving advice and information on whatever is asked. Since I was assuming I was speaking with the CPA, I used the information this man provided and it turned out to be totally wrong and confusing. Turns out that this guy is the officer manager & it appears that he likes to pretend he is knowledgeable about tax matters. When I asked to speak with the CPA about my tax return and my daughter's that needed amended, I was told he would call me. Never did! I called again & arranged a prearranged day & time frame. Never called during that time. Again I called and asked why. Was given the runaround & told that he would call me back the next day. I wasted 4 hrs trying to talk to the CPA. This is not the height of tax season. I found their service and response discourteous and the confusing information provided by someone who is not qualified to provide tax information.
