When I spoke to a very nice lady, Haley Johnson, trying to get home owners insurance she could have easily just given a quote just to get the business but she chose the correct honorable way by informing me that she could do it but I should stay with my current State farm (not them) I was very impressed with that and think that should be said to let people know this office at least at dignity and honor enough to look out for peoples best interest even if they lose a prospect.
