This is one of the sleaziest companies I have ever encountered. They sent people to our HOA to promote pest control services. I thought it was a 1-year contract and I was employed. It's a 2-year contract. I lost my job and called to ask them to cancel it. They held me to this contract even when it was putting me into financial jeopardy. They keep saying, "Oh, I understand and I'm so sorry. You are legally contracted until May 2026." I put in writing to cancel my contract for sure. They told me additionally I needed to put in my calendar to call then in April because saying it and writing it once was not enough. I would have to do this again. I just called and they told me I have another service left. I explained the financial jeopardy I am in for that. They charge $135 each service. I said that I cannot afford it. When we hung up just now, they sent a charge for $279 through my bank as a "break the contract" charge. It is vindictive. I had to immediately contact my bank and file a fraud charge. I am a senior and they are putting the screws to me just to be nasty. They are trying to charge me more than if I had paid for the last service. Additionally, as I was trying to confirm my cancellation, "Cassie" kept telling me that I can transfer my services to a friend or family. How about an enemy? They are straight nasty to deal with. I call and they claim it's a system glitch. My card fell off auto pay so it's another system glitch. Gus arrived between stated hours. He said he knocked on front door, but I did not hear him. He came to back yard and saw me through the window. He explained he was there for treatment. He was friendly and pleasant. He sprayed areas of the interior and then sprayed the crawlspace and the garage. After spraying crawlspace, he sprayed exterior of house. I saw him later take a brush to the shed to dust and check for spider webs or nests. He informed me about the spray because I was not sure if I should have living room and dining room sprayed since it was hard wood. Also explained other facts about the spray. Gus is knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I am completely satisfied with his work. read more

I signed up with Greenline Pest Solutions after being approached at my home by a salesperson in August 2025, despite having a clearly visible "No Soliciting" sign on my property. The representative promised better quality and results than my previous provider. Unfortunately, I've experienced more pest activity (especially mosquitos and spiders) even after a warranty re-treatment. When I reached out to cancel due to poor results and my husband's military deployment, I was told I'd have to pay a $279 cancellation fee. During that call, the representative admitted that Greenline doesn't perform mosquito treatments during the winter, even though the contract bills $129 every month year-round. She offered to lower my bill to about $50/month "to save me money and avoid the fee," which made it clear that the pricing and services weren't accurately explained at the time of sale. I've filed a complaint with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection due to the misleading sales practices, disregard for my no-soliciting sign, and lack of transparency. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with misrepresentation, poor results, and unprofessional sales tactics. I will be going back to Mosquito Squad for substantially lower prices and better service. read more

Review for Greenline Pest Solutions If I could give zero stars, I would. Be very careful before signing anything with Greenline Pest Solutions. They lock you into a contract with a $279 cancellation fee if you cancel before a year is up. We had more mosquitoes this year than ever before without their so-called mosquito abatement. On top of that, we still had tons of wasps even after their treatments. One of the scheduled services was canceled because it was "too windy" -- but they never bothered to reschedule it. When I called customer service, they acted like they couldn't care less about fixing any of these issues. And when I finally decided to cancel, they had the nerve to suggest that someone else in my family take over the contract. Why on earth would I want to pass along such terrible service to someone else? Save yourself the headache, money, and frustration. There are much better pest control companies out there. read more

Their door to door salesman named Jesse came to our door, ignored our no soliciting sign posted DIRECTLY above the doorbell he rang, and then proceeded to argue, insult, and try to belittle my husband when he asked him to stay off of our property. If that wasn't bad enough, he returned the next evening, rang our doorbell, and then ran. If we continued to be harassed in our home, we will be taking legal action against Greenline Pest Control. I've used Green Line Pest Control for a year, and I can confidently say I wish I had trusted my gut instead on a pushy salesman that boasted about glowing reviews which I now know are often written when they give customers a "great deal" and ask for a positive review. I intentionally waited to leave mine to see how well the service actually worked long-term. Spoiler: it doesn't. Please read before signing a 2 year contract! Company's that work do not have door to door salesmen they have word of mouth that spreads from door to door. Company's that are confident in their work will not expect a 2 year contract with a 275.00$ fine for canceling despite having proof products are not working or safe and employees are creeps. The chemicals they spray inside and outside rain or shine. I have since found that this is extremely illegal to spray when it is raining because the chemicals will run down into our storm drains. However they claim to work even if it is raining with a specific treatment for moist areas... other companies disagree. I'm afraid I put to much trust in this company's claims and after doing hours or research and after speaking with local pest control companies I'll be reporting them to the Environmental Protection Agency, Local Authorities and OSHA. First off- after my first initial spray my pregnant cat got sick, went into labor the next day early and in the end had to be euthanized our vet said she had ingested something and a freak accident since she was perfectly healthy. Knowing what I know now about this company & putting these puzzle pieces together a year later, I'm realizing what most likely happened to our poor kitty and all 7 kittens. The problems with spiders and small bugs became MUCH WORSE after I started service. Yes, they will offer to come out AGAIN try a "different treatment" "spot treat" which is not safe especially inside your home regardless of the claims to be pet and child safe. After treating inside, everyone in my home experienced headaches, I have doctors notes to prove this. My doctor advised against continuing the service and said the chemicals they use are not safe, regardless of what the company claims. April I asked the technician to treat inside my home while I was out of town for a whole month thinking it would be ok since no one will be in the home & we no longer have a pet I arranged for my 18 year old daughter to be there to accompany the technician inside however he said he "didn't have time". I have cameras and saw he sat in his vehicle for 30+ minutes but didn't have time....my daughter called me crying saying she felt so uncomfortable and that he was looking right into her bedroom window!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I had her lock the door and leave as soon as he left. After months of letting them come out every other month absolutely nothing improved. In fact, things got worse. We've had everything from beetles to every other pest imaginable. I specifically told them every single time that my shed was the main problem, but it was never properly addressed. Now, I'll likely have to throw out everything stored in there -- which, yes, I should have checked earlier, but I wrongly assumed. I've documented over six months of consistent pest issues. This company is not effective, and the peace of mind they advertise is completely false. Having children in my home and seeing no results -- while being told the treatment is "safe" -- has left me frustrated, concerned, and honestly feeling scammed. I addressed the issues with Greenline in May the headaches, the level of discomfort with the tech and my daughter, my kitten dying. They refused to cancel the contract. I was told in June to send in a doctors note it was sent June 23. I was still charged in August though I had not allowed them back on my property since APRIL. There are way too many RED FLAGS with this company and I have every bit of proof from doctors notes, my cats euthanize report to the man watching my daughter thanks to my cameras. I will now be taking this to authorities now that I am out of this awful contract. Don't make the same mistake I did. I was hesitant to sign up in the first place, because we don't have a huge "pest" issue. We don't have any issues inside, and outdoors we have pollinators, which are wonderful, spiders which have a job to do (and why I don't see other pests), and wasps, which I'm not a fan of for my husband's sake with his allergy. So the salesman told me they have a "wasp package" where they only spray the eves and knock down wasps nests, and they wouldn't do a general spraying around the house to kill the rest of the "pests". Turns out that was b.s. Because even though the first spray they just sprayed the eves, the second time they came while I wasn't home, and did a general spraying around the entire house and laid traps I didn't want. Now all of my pollinators are dead. Apparently it wasn't "in the technician's notes" this time to not spray around the house. So in all reality there really wasn't a "wasp package", just a note on a single treatment. But anything to make the sale, right? Then when I called to cancel, even though the mistakes were 100% on them and it was false-advertising, I still had to pay the $279 cancelation fee. I do not recommend Greenline Pest Solutions. We've had the same negative experience as many of the 1-star reviews. If you look closely, nearly all the 5-star reviews mention the technician by name--feels suspicious and possibly manipulated. Here are the issues we've experienced: The second year of the contract was a surprise. We didn't realize we were locked in. They don't return the second week as promised in the agreement. They don't spray the areas we specifically asked for. They even left chemical bottles and powder behind during the first visit. Worst of all, they never returned to address missed spots, despite multiple requests. They finally came back a month or more later--very sneaky. We're currently trying to cancel. We'll update on how that process goes, but so far the whole experience has felt deceptive and disappointing. I would give Greenline Pest Control zero stars if I could. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY When I signed up for service, I was unknowingly locked into a 24-month contract. A year into the service, I received a text from "Anna Williams" -- who they represented as a real human service rep -- asking if I wanted to add mosquito control. I declined and mentioned that I would be switching to another company when my contract ended. I asked when that was, and "Anna" told me August of THIS year (12 months from the start). I even clarified again: "So my contract ends August 2025?" The reply was YES. Based on that, I switched to another pest control company -- who, by the way, is cheaper and does a much better job. When I informed Greenline that I was leaving, I was suddenly told I still had another full year left and that "Anna Williams" was actually an AI-generated messaging system -- not a real human at all. They admitted their AI gave me false contract information but refused to waive the early termination fee. Their reasoning? Because an AI robot, not a human, misled me, I apparently have "no legal grounds" for cancellation. This is the definition of deceptive business practices. If a company uses AI to impersonate a real person, gives out wrong contract details, and then hides behind the excuse that it was "just AI," they are not operating with honesty, integrity, or respect for their customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Greenline Pest Control. Their customer service is manipulative, their contracts are a trap, and their refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes about how little they value their customers. read more

Was quoted $69 a QUARTER to get a lower quote I with my last service which is doable. WRONG. It's $69 A MONTH until the quarter to pay for the quarter. I just noticed. Told them NOT to come in 2 months because I'm just so upset. Asked if they could apply the 2 $69 payments to my cancelation fee of ALMOST $300 and they won't. DO NOT SIGNUP learn from my mistake. The spray did not work, got me in a 2 year contract with heavy penalties, was incredibly expensive, $90 a month. They would come out every time I called them but did not address the issues, while they were spraying I got ants and wasp nests, told them about it and they said they would address it and they did not keep them away at all. They also say that during the two weeks after they spray you see more activity, so spray, 2 weeks of tons of activity, and you can't have them come back during that time because it is "normal", then after 3 weeks they come back out and having activity is "normal" again. Would not recommend, high price, terrible results. Service representatives were very nice and prompt in showing up though. read more

Jayden has treated our house once before for a mice issue, which was eliminated quickly. He came back to treat the house for the same issue plus other issues we have had in the past. It was so great having Jayden come back because he knew exactly what needed to be done, was efficient, informative, professional, and helping us keep the issue at bay. When it comes to any kind of in-home service, this company is the gold standard. I've never had such good results from any other pest control company, probably because they have a different approach. But they also tailor their service to your needs and environmental concerns. The technicians are the best. They're professional, extremely knowledgeable and can answer just about any question or provide a solution to a problem. But they're also friendly and easy to talk to. One thing they do that I really appreciate is the technicians write up a detailed description of the work they performed. You're never left wondering.
