I sent her the asking amound and decided to return once again a few weeks later for a small item. After attempting to negotiate the small item with her a couple of times because YOU CAN negotiate in these stores in flushing, she decided to block me and not answer me at all. I got in touch with my contractor to see if her number changed and he spoke to her and told me she didn't like that i negotiated and decided to block me.Mind you the final counter I was trying to purchase from her was $170 and you would think she could lower it by $20-30 knowing i'm a returning customer and have sent a few customers her way. I called today to speak to her and tell her how unprofessional it was and she got pretty loud and told me she's hanging up on me. I would like to take this to the owner because that was terrible but apparently he's on vacation for a few weeks. I highly recommend checking out other cabinet stores where they remain professional instead of blocking you.

The pictures and description of the apartment were spot on (something which is not always the case) and the entire process was clearly explained. I've switched apartments five times while living in New York and working with Scott was my best broker experience, he truly listens to your needs and finds the perfect place that checks all boxes. My appreciation for Scott grew even more when I was approved for the apartment and learned that Scott would be the apartment manager. Anytime I had a question about the apartment (even trivial things like holiday gift expectations from the building doorman and staff), Scott was there to provide support and guidance. I have the highest respect for Scott and would recommend him to anyone searching for an apartment.

Daphna spends a lot of time with you in pre-design, learning what you like and what you want and developing an approach to the design process. She will help find and create the right design for you. With me, it has been a very collaborative approach where she offers many suggestions and where I provide many of my own. She is very detail oriented and thinks of all the little things that in the end make the project perfect and unique. She is a great listener. Once the design is finalized, she works with a great team who builds and installs the project with the same attention to detail and skill that Daphna has. Their craftsmanship is outstanding and I love each of the projects that Daphna has completed for me. Daphna invests a lot of time in the production process, spending time in the mill, keeping you updated on the process, and sending you pictures and videos. She oversees the installation and makes sure that everything is done correctly and to your satisfaction. The work and the end product are first class and of the highest quality. I love that Daphna does not take on too many projects at once. Your project is personal to her and she spends the time to make the project be what you want.
