The crumb coating was deliciously crispy but needed more Cajun. The mango aioli sounded nicely tropical and an interesting twist but it too was lacking that different flavour. The dining area is the nicest I've seen in a pub. The wall length seating, paintings and accessories give it a modern beach styling. I also love places where you can squeeze your BBQ or tomato sauce into a little cup just for you. I'm not one for sharing! The pub was dead though. My partner and I were the only ones eating at 1:30pm on a Saturday which I don't think is late and lunch didn't close until 2:30pm. On the plus side we got our meals 10 minutes tops after ordering.

After an hour of waiting we started to see tables who seated after us getting their food. Then finally, 90 minutes after ordering food came out. Was it worth the wait? Meals were either cold or inedible. Out of our group, half of us took one or two bites and decided to eat the sides only. On the plus side they brought out two plates of bruachetta to say sorry for the wait.
