Excellent Service! I stopped in to see if Greenhill could help get road tar/black spots off my SUV which did not come out months ago when I went through the drive-thru wash. The manager, Jamie, took the time to come out and use a detailing product to remove the spots. One of his detailing associates also took the time to help. Within 10 minutes the spots were gone and he even sent me through the car wash for FREE! Needless to say, I will be using this carwash for all of my car wash and detailing services. Tunnel wash is average at best. Don't go for the tire shine because it is allegedly applied by the "machine". The dryers could be better and typically leave noticeable Amounts of water turning into Ugly water spots. This establishment could benefit quite a bit by getting some of the millennials out of the corner office and into action with rags in their hands and making cars shine with added touch. If you want a real car wash go to West Side in Dover. They are amazing! read more

This asshole was ignorant as soon as I got there.. with one car behind me in line.. as I began to pay with cash at the machine the worker tried to rush me and says give me your money I will do it... I said no I can handle it ( I only had $5 left to put into the machine) he says there people waiting (two cars behind me) and he says we have money to be made and people waiting... keep in mind there is a second line with no one in it.. it gets better. I also paid for a detail, after my car wash I pulled around and this same asshole detailed my car and it's the holidays so I decided to give him a $20 tip... after I leave I noticed he stole change out of my center console. Worst car wash ever. Wish I could post the pictures I took of the crap job done by this place. Do not bother going here. First guy starts spraying car before I finished closing windows. Some sort of cleaning fluid all over passenger. Then car wash left car almost as dirty as before we went in. Tons of excess green fluid out of bottom of car after car wash. Oh my gosh. This is the best car wash in the world! My dad recommended it awhile back, and I finally stopped recently. If you go to the do-it-yourself, it's $5 for 15 minutes, and you can control the settings that you want (soap, conditioner, brush, rinse, etc). Honestly, 15 minutes is SO much time. If you had two people, you could totally wash 2 cars! This is my new go-to car wash. I can't really comment on the rest of their services, but they have quite a few of them. Vacuuming, carpet shampooing, automatic car wash, etc. I'll probably vacuum my car the next time I go through Middletown. read more

I have been looking for a self-service carwash for years! This place was not only open, but they had all the different types of tools and soaps to get my car sparkling clean. It was only $5 for the first 15 minutes and then if you need more time it only charges your card $1 at a time after that. Their customer service is also excellent! When my time ran out I ran my card again I figured I would have something like three minutes to finish the last two steps that I wanted to complete on my car. Instead it went back up to 15 minutes. This made me think I was charged $5 instead of $1. Instead of stopping immediately I finished the steps I wanted to and then headed into the office. When I explained my situation to the gentleman working he looked at the charges and found that I was charged $5 again. I was disappointed but he told me next time I come in to come inside and he will swipe his card for me! Lesson learned: swipe your card BEFORE the time runs out if you know you will need more time. I think if I skipped one step I could have done the last two and only used 15 minutes. Either way, you can't beat the price and quality of this car wash! I had the interior of my SUV detailed today for the first time in perhaps five years. Ive used use this vehicle to haul Riverstone, plywood, pallets, soil, sod, tools and we drive on the beach. For their standard price I receive my car back in a clean condition that rivaled the day I drove it off the dealership lot seven years ago. I was introduced to the young man who did all the work and he deserved and I left him a handsome tip. I am a happy camper and my daughter who is coming to visit next week will now feel the same! read more

Just as many have stated the tech will spray the front and drivers side but nothing else and they put you as close as they can to the car in front so when they don't exit as they should the entire wash stops. I've found the Diamond Car Wash provides you the attention to ensure a happy customer. They pre spray and manually clean wheels, tires, windows prior to sending you in and the car is clean all around when complete. Sorry Greenhill but we now go to Diamond Car Wash and have advised our family and friends to do the same. read more

I've been there 6 times since February 2018 and unlike the one poster who never gets prewashed I have experienced 1/2 car pre wash. I get prewashed on what ever side the guy is standing on and not the other, usually the drivers side. I usually do the $22 wash w/ $10 mini detail with a small tip but will be switching to basic wash and finish it off at home. Hopefully ownership reads the reviews and makes changes. Small changes in staff attitude (some look miserable) and performance yields dividends. Customers notice the small details. Make a change to make "me" happy because I should be the sole focus when I'm there laying for a product. When I'm done the exact formula stated above moves to the next customer and so on. We were so impressed this morning! We came to wash our car which has a travel roof container. After purchasing an automatic car wash and making sure we made the vertical clearance, an attendant came out to let us know that the roof container would impede the brushes from cleaning the top surfaces of the car. They offered to help us remove it, but we opted to get a refund and use the self service option. They refunded our money, gave us a free fifteen minutes in the self service wash area, and even brought lollipops for our kiddos in the car! We will definitely be back! read more

For the price of getting the interior cleaned ($30) it is about 30% higher than other car washes in the area. For the extra price one would expect excellent service. Some of the employees are not customer focused. I was going to say something to the owner/manager until I heard him complaining about dealing with the public. In so many words he was calling the public stupid. With that attitude I can understand why some of the staff are slow and sullen. Last time I will be using that service. Our experience at this car wash was so fantastic that it inspired me to create a Yelp account so I could write this review. We came here while passing through Middletown because my husband's off-white car had some mysterious brown spots on it that we couldn't get off at home. We did "The Best" level automated wash, which still comes with some human attention at the beginning. The attendant noticed the spots and, after trying a few different products, said he didn't think they would come out. We went through the wash and sure enough, though the rest of the car looked great, the spots were still there. But the same attendant was waiting for us and said "give me 5 minutes and I'll have these gone." He proceeded to buff the car by hand for about 10 minutes, at the end of which the spots were gone and the car looked good as new. When we tried to pay him for the work, he said "nope, you came in here for a clean car, I wasn't going to let you leave without one." read more
