Friendly, safe, clean, and speak very good English (better than my Spanish). Shuttle service from Garcia's (one block from the border) to Dental BioDesign (3 blocks from the border). Garcia's has a fantastic restaurant and gift shop, as well as a pharmacy. Cost is approximately 40% if done in the United States. Procedures are the same as in the United States, as well as their equipment is purchased in the United States.

What upsets me the most is that they couldn't do my cleaning because "we don't have time". My time is also valuable. I took time off from work for this. I believe this is their routine as when my wife went for a cleaning, they did Xray and exam and told her to come back for the cleaning. Even though the Dr. was wearing a mask, I felt uncomfortable with my mouth open and her sniffling and coughing. I also had to question their charges as I was quoted one price but the print out given was higher. So, I went to have my cleaning done somewhere else and in my exam they identified two procedures Brident wanted to do that were not necessary unless I wanted to do it. It was not a good experience!
