But considering that my sibling (and a witness) observed that this lawyer appeared to throw him under the bus in court (also noted and documented by the court appointed judge), it really makes one wonder... Could he have been paid off by the opposing party? Did they know each other personally? Honestly, who knows... What I do know is that the end result of what had taken place that day proves that this lawyer had failed to represent his client and judging by reviews on various online portals, my sibling is not the only one to experience this.
