During our initial conversation, Nathan made it sound like he would personally handle my case. However, once I paid the retainer, most communication came from his associate, and Nathan mostly appeared when it came time to discuss billing. The work itself contained several errors and overlooked key details I had clearly requested in writing. When I raised concerns, I was told these omissions were simply "forgotten." Later, additional charges were requested for services that were never clearly agreed upon.
