Absolutely worst communication I have ever experienced with any attorney which ultimately cost me a lot of money in travel expenses because of what he advised me to do! Then, weeks went by of ignored emails and phone messages, while the clock was ticking with a sensitive matter concerning my Mom and elder services. Finally after calling the Lagana & Associates office (this is the only number I have for him), I informed them that I need him to call me TODAY. It was less than 20 minutes after that call that I finally received an email from him saying that he has decided not to represent me. I was like, "are you kidding me, am I being punked?" This was especially concerning to me because right after he got my permission to represent me, he used that to gather private information from an ongoing investigation, and THEN ignored me for 2 weeks!
