If any of you are considering…read moregoing to contract with this company, I would highly recommend you read thru my tales with the shoddy workmanship in all areas of the cage they installed. In October, 2021 we had this company remove our cage and contracted for an entire new cage and new gutters . Our house was built in 2005 and the original cage had never any problems except the color was looking bad and we wanted a new picture wide screen overlooking our lake. Since installation up to today, May, 2026 we have had to replace screens that have blown out of the frames several times in different areas of the top of the cage for no apparent reason other than they were not installed properly.. In October 2025,, We have had to have them replace every screw along the entire bottom of the screen due to the fact they did not use the proper screws and the screen was lifting out of the ground.This was quite an ordeal getting this done. There was no formal discussion, the only way of communication was done via e-mail. It took many e-mails and caused great angst to us to get this fixed. In April, 2026 we had to have part of the side gutter replaced as it was not installed properly originally and was pulling away from the house. Upon fixing it, we were told the pitch was not done correctly, therefore rainwater was not draining properly. Also, we were under the impression that we were getting the SUPER screens on this cage, however it was not provided. Think twice about contracting with this company. What is amazing folks that within the contract price, we the homeowner pays for the permit for the cage which has to be submitted to the County. No where in time, did the County come and inspect the cage to see that the cage was built in accordance to the specs and see that the screws did not meet the requirement in the specs. Warning, go elsewhere if you want a new cage.
