Decent care. The techs and dentists work well together. I wish there was more consistency in who I get to work with whenever I come in while I'm working on a dental procedure that takes several months. But that's just a personal preference. My only complaint is sometimes communication lines get a little crossed, but nothing that isn't easily worked out. read more

Had a tooth extracted yesterday, Dr, Tommie has to be the best dentist that i have ever been to. The procedure was quick, relatively painless. He was very gentle and informed me step by step about the procedure. His assistant Casandra was wonderful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this office. read more

Had x-rays done, supposedly. Was advised I needed a root canal and to go to the front desk for scheduling. They stole $36 from me! I left, as I knew that information was incorrect. They never returned my calls after telling me they had to get approval from my insurance company. I waited for them to call me initially and when they didn't I tried multiple times and left messages. No return call what so ever. They did an exam for broken tooth and took x-rays and of course billed my insurance. Now I have to pay out of pocket at another dentist since they used my up my limited amount of coverage from my insurance company. If I could give 0 stars I would but the lowest is 1. read more

Went to them for a bad tooth where crown was lost to see if it could be saved The dentist said he was doing an exam with a sharp hook to probe for soft spots heathen began to attempt to tear off my other crown assuming he would be paid to reattach it He got this hook imbedded in my tooth & couldn't get it out. He kept pulling as hard as he could and it eventually broke free. Obviously damaging the tooth. He then looked at me with a startled look and said "you're going to have trouble with that tooth too" It was all I could do to keep from bouncing his head off the wall I reported the incident to there main office and was informed that their dentist said he never used that instrument on me so they aren't responsible!!! I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally in my life, nor does Greenberg put any value in their patients. They do not post what Dr's are in the Eustis office online. On the Delta Dental site they post, what looks like might be all the Dr's in the Greenberg offices. I checked reviews of Greenburg dentists. Reviews are all over the place. I tired to call that office 3 days prior to my appt to determine who the General Dentist is at the Eustis office. On all my calls, Wed thru Monday, you reach a recording that says "you've reached a invalid extension. Good Bye". They advertise on the front of the office that they address emergency needs. I asked, when at the front desk, what was going on with the phones and told the front desk person the message I received when I called. She just said it's been out since Wed. Obviously they don't care about patients or they would have resolved that issue within 24 hours and apologized profusely to people that had been trying to contact them. In addition when I was trying to converse with the lady who asked if I had a appointment, there were 2 ladies behind the desk on both sides of the person I was conversing with, talking very loudy over us. I asked the ladies, one Indian and the other blonde and in professional garb and a mask down around her neck. The Indian lady went crazy verbally attacking me. I told her her behavior was unprofessional. She accused me of being disrespectful. I told her she was the on being disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked for her name she refused, and I told her to watch for the review of the rude and unprofessional lady at Greenberg. Then she accused me of being racist. I told her that's not racist, it's a identifier, not any different then me identifying the blond woman. I would fire this woman immediately as a representative of my company. I asked the lady I was trying to converse with to cancel my appt. She said she would and I walked out with the Indian woman picking up the phone to call the police. Maybe the police can educate this Indian woman on how to treat customers. read more

I went there for upper dentures. I paid $200 up front and $200 more in 4 monthly payments. This was on top of my insurance coverage. I got my denture about 4-1/2 months after my first visit and it was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!(THINK DISNEY'S GOOFY!) The dentist was disinterested through the entire process. After this experience, I went to a wonderful dentist and got my perfect denture in 11 days! So, people, do yourself a favor and do your research. read more

Worst dentist Office I've been too. I'm active duty military & tried doing a walk in emergency appointment for tooth pain & did not receive any help. I Just got told the doctors leaving early today & won't be back for a week or two. The receptionist didn't know what TRICARE was even though all 5 doctors are tricare providers. Worst experience. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dentist in my entire life! I've made an appointment for a check up three months ago. Last week I arrived at my dentist appointment and was informed that the doctor quit and my appointment was voided. Then I rescheduled for a different location that was an hour away from my house and when I got there they said that I was considered a walk-in. Then they explained that I needed to wait two hours before I could be seen due to me being considered a walk-in. I will never again use this orthodontists . I do not recommend anyone to come here it will be a waste of time they are unorganized and inconsiderate. I still have not been seen. read more

Called yesterday and scheduled my annual appointment in July (that's the nearest date that had) but I have a cracked molar as well as need my wisdom teeth removed. So they told me to come in today for an emergency walk in told me specifically that the doctors stop at 2pm I showed up at 12:55 and got told that the doctors stop seeing patients at 1pm and that I was to late. I told her what they had told me yesterday and they said that's our other office we do not remember talking to you. Why would your other be more professional and work the correct hours but you don't. When I explained this to them they got upset with me and forced me to leave because I wasn't wearing a mask most unprofessional work place I've ever been in. read more

Do not go to Greenburg Dental. Took my kids here only because they take our insurance and I thought how bad can you screw up a cleaning? They couldn't get the x-ray machine to send the picture to the computer so they just kept taking pictures while my poor child was holding that mouthpiece as still as possible in her mouth. Then the dentist proceeded to tell me she needed a root canal - ON A LOOSE BABY TOOTH. When I questioned her she didn't answer and quickly finished her assessment. They wanted to pull 4 additional baby teeth which were going to fall out by themselves. They also wanted to put SILVER fillings on a few teeth. Silver fillings should be banned! Do not trust them. I took my kid to another dentist as I knew this place was trying to get as much money out of their patients as possible. Guess what? None of the above dental work was needed, NONE. If you have an Appoitment here do not bother showing up on time better yet show up an hour later and you still will not be seen!!! Do yourself a favor and find another dentist if possible! Went there to have a tooth looked at for pain.The dentist X-rayed and looked at it ! Found nothing wrong and said to keep a eye on it. The problem is the place was dirty and I even spotted blood on the walls! The chairs were outdated the floors filthy and I will not be going back there again! read more

The dentists, hygienists and dental assistants are good. The problem is with the front desk. My experience with the front desk, specifically with Marycella, was awful, frustrating and caused a delay of two months in my getting the procedure I needed. She refused to listen to a coding error on their part and insisted my procedure was not authorized or covered when in fact it was. She wouldn't let me speak and kept cutting me off and was very rude and snippy. In the end, I was correct and she was WRONG, this after two months of arguing a point that she should and could have corrected to start with. Also, it is impossible to get a human being on the phone and it took an average of 3-5 days to get a return phone call after leaving a message and this went on for two months. No sense in trying to talk to someone else at the front desk about a problem, they are all the same and back up each other's incompetence. read more

My first visit was fast and they were friendly and informative. But the following visits resulted in waiting about an hour past my appointment before I was even seen. They are professional and trustworthy as well as affordable however the service aspect is pretty poor, and the front office wasn't very friendly.
