Greenberg and Bederman were supposed to be representing me in an auto accident case. I am DISGUSTED in the untimely and unprofessional manner in which my case was handled as well as how I was treated this morning. My attorney Mr. Eugene Khudoley had not contacted me for months. I reached out to him at the end of March with a status update, he requested two documents that he said were missing from his file and the only thing he was waiting on. I responded with the documents on April 3rd. NO one, and I mean NO ONE, has reached out to me after sending those documents. Today makes 1 month since my submittal. GB & has had my case since Dec 2023. When I contacted GB today to find out why no one has updated me I was transferred to T Davis who is the paralegal for Eugene Khudoley. I explained to Ms. T. Davis that Mr. Eugene Khudoley requested documents that were sent. Ms. T. Davis could not seem to find the documents, so I forwarded them to her along with proof of my sending them to Mr. Khudoley. When she received them, she indicated that she could not download the files. This was VERY frustrating, dealing with someone who is a paralegal but could not simply download a zip file filled with pdf documents. I asked her if there was a drop box where I could upload the files, she said no there wasn't, this conversation was beyond frustrating. Ms. Davis asked one of her staff members who said she didn't work in that department; she was able to download some of the files. How does a law firm receive documents from its clients and why does a law firm's paralegal not know how to perform these simple tasks which are HIGHLY important to the case. I asked that Mr. Eugene Khudoley gives me a call regarding a status of my case. I immediately received a very abrasive phone call from a very disrespectful Jason W. Fernandez telling me they were going to drop my case; I was yet again DISGUSTED with GB. He CLAIMS he was in the background when I called. If you were in the background MR. FERNANDEZ why didn't you try to assist with the issues that your law firm has, 1. Not acknowledging that very IMPORTANT case files were sent to your law firm a month ago, 2. When your paralegal staff member T Davis does not know how to simply download a zip file of IMPORTANT documents requested by your law firm, why didn't you jump in to assist. HOWEVER, another staff member was able to download some of the files. 3. Why did you not make sure your attorney Mr. Eugene Khudoley confirmed receipt of my IMPORTANT CASE files, responded to my email a month ago. Mr. Jason W. Fernandez INSTEAD of helping and assisting in the situation you chose to call me back, trying to GASLIGHT me due to my frustration with the lack of professionalism, care, concern, lack of basic IT quality of your staff, instead of trying to REMEDY the situation you were RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL while I was trying to communicate with you over the phone and lastly of all actions taken you decided to HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. The NERVE of you and your law firm, the absolute never of your actions. Instead of trying to assist me with and update Mr. Fernandez you chose to utilize your power with my case and cancel my case due to my frustration with your firm's lack of COMMUNICATION and more. I will NEVER utilize your law firm again and I hope this review is helpful. I have always been respectful when reaching out to your law firm and today was no different, I never disrespected anyone at the firm, frustrated yes, and for great cause. GB really needs to consider customer service training to understand that lack of your firm's communication, follow-ups, lack of IT basic downloading of documents, can and will cause any client frustration. Don't walk run away from this "law firm". I used them for a Social Security Appeal and regret it. I had two ALJ hearings. The first my lawyer showed up with no medical records and it had to be rescheduled. The second hearing was 6 months later and again the lawyer did not submit my medical records in a timely manner. They never called me regarding any updates to my case. I found out i was denied my second appeal when i received notification in the mail from the Social security administration. Again this claim was denied because this firm never sent my medical records to social security . Now i have to start the process all over and I've been fighting for five years. If I could write a zero I would. I am so upset that I choose them to represent me in my disability case. My disability insurance ran out in 2013. I was disabled in 2009. Heart Failure EFT 21%, Cardiomyophathy, high blood pressure. In 2014 my heart went down to 7%, I still have high blood pressure and the hospital found a old blood clot in my heart. I am now diagnosted with sleep apnea & diabetes on top of all the other things. At my hearing which is my 1st appeal the judge said he thought I could work. The judge wrote in his denial that in 2 days my heart infraction went up to 51%. I wish, this is not true nor have I seen any medical records to indicate that. Greenberge & Bederman said we can't appeal your case because we believe we can't win against the judge. Are you kidding me, do I have to be dead. I feel like they didn't even read what the judge said because if they did they would have seen my medical records did not indicate a 51% EFT. They are not willing to fight for you. Don't do it! I was in the Maryland office and my Attorney I believe is attorney Graham I don't have the paper work to say his name for sure but Kim is his assistant. MD office. ***They responded to my yelp rating and said I did not meet the criteria. I asked what criteria did I not meet. He stated that I have to be at 33% or under EFT. I said I am under 33% EFT, he said they are other variables. I said please tell me what I need. I am under 33% EFT, I have cardiomyopathy which is chronic heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, blood clot in the heart, and sleep apnea. He said he will get back with me. I owned a mortgage company that did $200K a month in income. I'm not bumb. I'd rather be working trust me. I hope this helps someone.*** read more

I was in a car accident on July 13 2018,a car T-boned me.I called this office about two weeks later. The sent someone to my home to take my account of events and sign paperwork. From there I was assigned to Cory. He wasn't responsive at all sometimes taking a few days to reply. Due to the fact that I didn't accept the low offer and went to litigation they assigned a different lawyer to me. His name was Michael Merrod, he was much easier to speak with. Trish in the office was very helpful, not sure who exactly she works for though. The entire process was never really explained to me. If you need hand holding this might not be the place for you. I've called at least four time and have left messages and only have gotten a call back once because I was at the doctors office and couldn't answer. Called the lawyer back and still am waiting. I have even tried to speak to someone else about how I can't get anyone on the phone and how I have left messages previously and the receptionist acts like its a task and catches an attitude. I tried to talk to them about representing my mom who was hit by a car. I went up there and was told they couldnt touch her since she was represented by another attorney. I told them I was unhappy with the other attorney but they didnt offer much help. The intake team was kind to me during a very vulnerable period, and made me feel comfortable in having them handle my case. All I really had to do is sit back and let them handle everything. My case took about 8 months to complete, but I understood that there is a process that it must go through in order to make sure everything is right and complete.
