She took a few days to reply, but this was 90 days in advance for a Thursday wedding. No big deal. I walked in, and was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Waited less than a minute for my stylist, Amelia, and we went to work. Showed her my hairstyle, and she set to work. She did *precisely* what I asked for, but I've never done that hairstyle before...and I hated it. Mini mental freakout, admitted I didn't like it, and she said, "No problem! We have TONS of time. Really. This happens all the time. Don't even worry about it." She redid my hair about two more times (total time spent on my hair was 45mins), and it was finally perfect. She said, "I'm doing something back here (on the back of my head) that you didn't ask for, but I think you'll like it. It's very "bridal"." She was right. My hair was perfect. Afterwards, she moved me to do my makeup. She gave me a granola bar and more water, reminding me I wouldn't be eating for hours, and we chatted about tons of stuff while she didn't my makeup. Both hair and makeup turned out beautifully, and I thanked her a million times for keeping me calm and staying flexible. I scheduled my appointment via email, paid via credit card over the phone and was all set. Christina did my hair and was great about working on it until I was completely satisfied with it, no matter how many hair pins and changes it took! She did an awesome job and made sure to totally coat it in hair spray so the rain wouldn't ruin the style. I'm so happy with how it turned out!

I had a one-hour treatment with Tiffany, and let me tell you - her knowledge and skill could have presented her from any cosmopolitan city - San Fran, NY, LA, etc. (but not Boston: sorry, but i had two different experiences in Boston that definitely was not at that level). I gave specific areas to be worked on, and she knew exactly what to do, and then some! I loved that she wanted to know exactly what I wanted - more of a general body massage? or more time on a specific area? - the latter of which is what I needed (iliopsoas/iT band,etc). She really went in there, slowly and carefully, and yes, DEEPLY and THOROUGHLY. She made sure I knew what was going on, and during the whole time was very pleasant to chat with, as well as making my session informative. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone. I also want to make note that Tiffany told me she was the youngest person (by experience there), and that only let me know how solid and serious the spa represents itself. I believe it has been around for over 10 years, and I guess their word-of-mouth is so entrusted as it even can be difficult to find a time slot to come in. So just make sure if you are in Damariscotta/Newcastle area, to call ahead. Thank you Tiffany and Endless Spa for making a summer vacation in Maine even more relaxing!

So I agreed to half a syringe in my lips and half in my corners of mouth and nasal folds which I barely have at 37... She starts poking my chin for what feels like forever then tells me I'm putting some here to give some projection (what?!?) then does my nasal folds and maybe three pricks of the border of my lips never even TOUCHED my actual lips! I asked are we done she says yes. I asked is this some new technique because you didn't inject the body of the lip she lied to me and said yes. When I left they looked ok. I got home the swelling went down and no filler was even in my lips! Oh but there was tons in my chin because that swelled up so bad I looked like jay leno! How on earth is having a big chin attractive??? And WHY would you put over half the syringe in a spot I never asked for?!! Now they're closed all weekend so I can't get this fixed. But if I don't get at least half my money back I'm either suing or letting everyone know how incompetent this woman is! I always had a pleasant experience with Sue. After 9 years I will never go back. If you want to take a chance on her botching you then go here if not it's not worth the money at all. And there is no difference in anything she did besides give me a swollen chin. Waste of $680 and a complete scam. If she couldn't do it then she shouldn't have taken my money.
