I called Brad about our A/C unit having mice eating wires in outside unit. It was late in day when…read moreI called during a Hot snap. Brad returned my call early the next morning. We discussed the problem and he told me he would meet me I got off work at 4pm. He called me at 4pm and told me he was 5 minutes away. We went right to the outside unit and assessed the problems. I had already taped up the chewed wires, but unit ran while it was off. The mice had chewed on the thermostat wired. We the went to check the thermostat. It had shorted out. Brad had a new one on the truck. Snapped the new one in place and worked as new. He recommended how to mouse proof the outside unit. Being a mechanic for 30 plus years, I was able to do the rest of the work myself.(sealing a hole) Brad was here about 18 minutes and on to the other 3 calls he had to do before he could call it quits for the night. Knows what he is doing and very affordable. Very good communication. Highly recommend.
