They were very nice and even asked me whenever there was a question about where I wanted the heads or where to mount the monitor. The owners Gary and Lori have been extremely responsive. They sent someone out right away when I had a leaky head and it was fixed immediately. They also sent someone the next day to adjust the direction of some of the heads. I couldn't be happier.
