After I brought the issue to their attention, I was told there had been a "glitch in the system" and was apologized to. Unfortunately, despite that acknowledgment, I still never received payment and all communication eventually stopped. Multiple attempts to follow up were ignored. The amount owed was only about $50, but that isn't the point. If someone completes work, they deserve to be paid. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and professionalism after the issue was identified. I have documentation showing the job was assigned, completed, and reported, along with the company's acknowledgment of the payment issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working for this company.

In the bathroom there was a grey streak in the bath which was still there when she finished. She re-arranged all my shampoos, hairbrush, etc., presumably to make it look as if she had worked there.
