Justin came out to my house in May 2026 gave me an estimate and we discussed exactly what I needed…read moredone. His estimate was for $2995. but he could not do the job until July 16,2026. So today he shows up not at 8am but 12:40 pm . We again go over what I expected for that charge amount. He takes off leaving three men here and they go around my 2 acres and trim 1-2 limbs off of ever other tree. They were to take out a dead tree, but instead they just cut it down and left 2 feet stump. They were here 4 hours when I had to call Justin and tell him they were not doing what we talked about. Justin gets all pushed out of shape and says they are leaving and I can get someone else to do the job! What a joke of a tree service especially for $2995. Don't bother calling these guys, you could do a better job yourself, especially for that amount of money!

Adam Davis and his crew are top notch professionals in every way. Adam responded quickly to our…read morecall to come out and evaluate the condition of the trees on our property. He identified trees that were dead, dying or could be a threat to our home and property in a wind event, and gave us a detailed estimate within hours. Adam and his crew were excellent in communicating the process of how they would go about carefully removing each tree in order to avoid damaging our home or other trees and plants. The Beardance climbers were amazing pros, scaling 80 plus foot trees to remove limbs, in order to lighten the load prior to felling. The crew chipped limbs and cleaned up each day prior to leaving. In the end, after felling, they made the extra effort to buck up each trunk into 16" sections placing them on an accessible location of our property in order for friends and neighbors to take as firewood. Adam and his crew are an exceptional team that go the extra mile in every way possible. We highly recommend Adam Davis and Beardance Forestry, LLC.

I received an estimate from them and agreed to hire them to remove 2 of our blue spruce trees on October 15. On October 22 and October 23 they came and cut down the 2 blue spruce trees in the front yard and hauled the debris away but still had the stumps to grind and remove. On October 24 they asked me if I could pay them for the work that they did because they were having financial problems. I paid them the full amount and they stated on their invoice that the stump grinding would be done by October 30. They have kept our money and have never returned to grind the stumps as of November 8. And if that is not already bad enough it even gets worse. We also asked them to remove a 3rd blue spruce tree in our back yard which they agreed to do. They delimbed the tree on October 25 and left that afternoon and we haven't seen them since. On November 5th they texted me and said that they had issues with their insurance and would not be returning to complete the job. I have called and texted them every day but they will not return my calls or texts. As of today November 8th we have a dangerous and ugly snag in our backyard and stumps that are not ground. I advise everyone to beware of Black Willow LLC. They are not a honest worthy company and I don't want you to be taken advantage of as I have been. There are a lot better companies out there to hire and I wish that I would have known about their work ethics and went with someone else. As of today I am out $500 for services that they will not complete.

Cheri and Eddie came out to prune our overgrown willow yesterday. They were both awesome to work…read morewith and the tree looks amazing. Cheri had provided us with a detailed upfront quote for the various needs on our property and worked with us to parse the job into manageable phases. Her pricing was fair (we'd gotten several quotes) and commensurate with her knowledge, skills, and safety measures. Her knowledge and professionalism were obvious from the start. After making a plan, Cheri expertly climbed and trimmed the tree to remove deadwood, overgrowth that was threatening our house, and low hanging branches, leaving a beautiful shape and thinning out the canopy. She meticulously cleaned up afterwards while Eddie climbed into our pines and trimmed some branches hanging over our fire pit which were getting singed and had become a hazard. We have already requested availability for the next phase of our tree services and would recommend this small (woman owned) business to anyone needing tree services.
