I listed the jobs needed to be done and Justin gave me an estimate of the cost up front. He handled the few jobs at my home with professionalism and good humor. Justin looks at the problem and then figures out the best way to fix it. He does not "fix" problems in a slapdash manner - he fixes problems so they stay fixed. I also appreciate the fact that he explains what he is doing and why he is working on the problem in a certain way. Justin is detail oriented, which is also a great attribute. I do not anticipate having to call him back to correct any mistakes and going over the same work repeatedly - he does things right the first time. I do anticipate calling Justin to do additional repairs - I am already making a new list. Justin also has a wealth of knowledge covering a broad area of home repair problems. I highly recommend Justin/JOAT Services. I will definitely continue to call Justin to help me with home repairs in the future.
