This place is always so nice and I enjoy it. However, waiting in line for 40 minutes for a pick up…read moreorder is ridiculous. Mind you, the line didn't move, was waiting on two original people who were already there when I got there which is fine but waiting for 30+ minutes on them just to grab a pick up order is dumb. Then there was two people helping ONE person, that's unnecessary, and same third person that was just wondering around going back and forth between people that were helping the original two. Kept disappearing to the back. You guys need to figure out a way for pick up orders and learn to move people along quicker when you have 5+ ppl waiting in your lobby, and who knows maybe they were also pick up orders that could've just walked in and out. A total waiting time of 48 minutes For two original people and the line never moving. Straight up ridiculous.

The previous 4 conventional drs I saw either under treated me, or didn't bother treating me at all. I felt like a lost cause. I had to quit my job because the fatigue was so bad. After a year of being under the care of Dr Hailey I am leaps and bounds better. Not cured, but I am not struggling like I was.
