Cannot say enough great things about Rick and this company! He was super friendly, punctual, and communicative. Our rug and couch were absolutely spotless in less than an hour and his prices were very reasonable. 10/10 for carpet cleaning services! Thanks again, Rick! read more

FABULOUS service all the way around! Was able to book according to our needs. They were CAREFUL with the big hose to not run along our walls & baseboards. They used an environmentally safe cleaning product... that has only a delicate/subtle pleasant scent. BEST part is, my PREVIOUS carpet cleaner NEVER got out stains that Green Steam was able to get out. GREEN STEAM - THANK YOU! read more

Rick is wonderful! Always on time, easy to schedule and very professional. His prices are fair and he does a great job. I've used him several times and his work is consistently perfect. I would recommend him 150%! read more

Very unprofessional, when my carpet dried there were places where he didn't clean, I reached out to them and they said they would come back and re clean the area. I sat here and waited for them for almost 4 hours, I had already moved my furniture and still no show. I called them and they said they would call me back to see where the tech is, they never called me back then I get a text message telling me that they were not going to reduce my carpet after I've been waiting for 4 hours and took time off work to be here. They did not honor what they said and they would not give me a manager or owner to speak with. Horrible people and customer service. read more

I had Green Steam clean two area rug and a somewhat high end runner a couple of months ago. Sorry Rick, thought I reviewed before this. Calls are returned and service is punctual. Rick came over this AM & cleaned my carpets I think this is the 3rd time- He does such a fantastic job for a great price- PB local. My carpets were dry within just a short time and not "crunchy" like others I had used in the past. read more

I paid 400$ to have my sectional and carpet (one room) cleaned. EXTEREMELY DISSATISFIED! It wasn't terribly stained but did have dog urine odor which they evaluated and said they can clean. When I called back to let them know nothing has been done, even basic cleaning, I was assured a supervisor would contact me immediately. The technician promised to return Mon 9/18 and never showed/called/texted NOTHING! I've called no less than 5 times now they won't take my call. I contacted the owners one of which replied asking I text. He read it and never responded. I have before n after pics of the spots they couldn't get which i cleaned successfully with water and a microfiber cloth later. I can do a better job myself but since I don't have the time I hired someone. Obviously the WRONG someone. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! read more

Easy 5 stars! Rick is very friendly, and easy to communicate with. He also did a great job! I'll be honest, I almost had a heart attack and crapped my pants at the same time when I saw what a group of 19 year old renters did to my carpet. Rick got it out of there no problem! He also cleaned my stained kitchen chairs. Thanks Rick! read more

I'm very happy with the work that Rick at Green Steam Carpet Cleaning did for me. I own and operate a fitness facility in Pacific Beach and needed to have my artificial turf cleaned, as it was starting to get a little funky smell which is not good for business. *Note, I hired Green Steam to clean my sister's place (aka my condo), so this review is based off her feedback. I called Rick a few weeks ago to clean the downstairs carpet and couch in my condo. The appointment was at 10am this morning. He showed up pretty early, but was cool to wait while my sister finished tidying up for him. He did a great job with the carpets, but when it came to my couch, he must've forgotten that we discussed cleaning that too. No worries, he didn't charge me what we discussed over the phone (since the couch wasn't done)...hopefully next time. Thanks for coming out and most importantly for being punctual! read more

Pretty good. I scheduled for 12-2 pm but they called ahead at like 8:40 am on the day and said they would come at 10:30 instead which was ok as long as they told me. Also things happened and I conveniently wanted to be in and out of my apartment before 12. Two bedrooms. The carpets smelled musty and were dirty by the door. Now they smell good, and look good! They were out by 11 am I think. Price was exactly what they said it was on the phone ($100). They just get the job done! read more

Sincerely one of the best buying experiences I've had. I had another company completely flub the job on Memorial Day Weekend. So, I found Green Steam on Yelp and gave them a call. Rick picked up right away and though he was about to end his day was kind enough to come over within a half hour. He was able to get two rooms with pretty dirty white carpets done in less than 45 minutes. The carpets look gooooorgeous and they are so soft. Rick was absolutely awesome and the pricing very affordable especially for last minute call on a holiday. Thank you so much Rick!! read more
