I had a strange feeling when no one showed up. I called to follow up, she answered, but suddenly claimed she couldn't hear me and hung up. I called back, but there was no answer. I also sent a text message, which was ignored. I had rearranged my morning and waited, only to be ghosted with no explanation. I had a fantastic experience with Brothers tree service this past winter. During a storm a tree top…read moresnapped and made a huge mess in my front yard - I called Brothers and they were super responsive. The man who came to give the quote about the problem tree also advised regarding safety and health of other trees on the property and ultimately I ended up having them take three trees down. Their pricing seemed affordable to me, scheduling was easy and watching them work was a TREAT. They were like superheroes in their craft. I stayed indoors and watched from the windows stress-free and in awe as they easily took these massive trees down and chipped them up for removal. The men that I dealt with were polite and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. Recently I recommended them to a neighbor who needed extensive tree work done as well and they were on site from 7am til after 8pm (in the dark!) working hard.
