I had my car back for one day and the same problem I took it in there for happened again. They then kept it for three more months and I finally received a loner car. I had a minor accident with the loner car that wasn't my fault and even though my car is all payed for, they will not give it to me until my insurance agrees to pay for it which could take up to a month. As a result my husband and I have both lost our jobs and we are stuck in this god forsaken town of Princeton with no money and no jobs. You would need your head examined if you ever even walk by there let alone take your car there. Charles & Suzanne Koran

They wasted 6 months going back and forth eventually charging her more money to put in a "new" engine. It was not new it was used. They could have just given her the money back and taken their crap vehicle but instead they wanted to nickel and dime her. By the time she told me about it, it was 5 months into the process. She paid for the vehicle, paid for a used motor then after all their crap the car had an issue with a battery drain. They tried to sponge another $1000 off her to get that repaired. Turns out it was just a wiper motor. $100 or so in parts. What a bunch of crooks. Never go here.

Upon arrival and test drive, we discovered that not only was there a vibration in the steering, the reverse camera that was listed as a feature on the vehicle was not functional. This is a rather long rant, but in essence it's a warning of Buyer Beware if you buy from Schimmer…read moreFord. July of 2023 I ordered a Ford Maverick from Schiller ford, I knew it would take some time so I was patient for months, it wasn't until I heard others who had ordered from other dealers months after me and already had build dates that I became annoyed. I started contacting the dealer periodically to check on the status and was always just told Ford hasn't picked up the order yet and they can't give me any updates. When I heard a couple people I know that ordered in March 2024 and already had build dates in June, I began to get angry. I contacted Ford customer service and was told they had no record of my order and I would have to talk to the dealer. I told them if I could get any information from the dealer I would t be calling them. I then sent an email to the CEO of ford and head of customer relations and within a day I was contacted by ford, they took the information on my order escalated it and gave me a build date. Something maybe the dealer could have done months ago and I wouldn't have been waiting for almost a year. The same guy also told me that the dealer had a few others stuck in their order banks, so if you ordered from Schimmer and have been waiting a long time you're welcome. Your vehicle might finally be on its way to production. I had told the dealer several times that I wanted to be notified as soon as they got a build date because my fear is they would wait to call me until the truck was on the lot and then low ball me on my trade saying take it or leave it we will just sell it to someone else. They assured me they would so I would have time to sell my trade myself if they were unwilling to give me its value. I waited three days after Ford had located and scheduled a build for my truck and still no updates from the dealer. I wrote a letter to the president expressing my dissatisfaction with the follow-up and customer service and why did I have to be the one to go to corporate and get this order moving, why didn't any of his staff take the initiative to find out why it was stuck in limbo. I received a snarky email back with absolutely no appologies and basically telling me to feel free to buy the truck elsewhere. I have waited almost a year, my trade is now a year older, interest rates are higher. If he had offered even one apology for his staff not following up and a willingness to do the best he could on my trade, or in any respect at least pretended he wanted to earn my business I would have gone through with the deal. But he might as well have told me to F- off, go somewhere else. So that's how they treat their customers.
