Today, our son is a thriving adult and he still talks about both, Tracy and Sam! I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you, both!!

When you are dealing with the welfare and wellbeing of a family member it is of the upmost importance to be able to trust someone who will correctly furnish you the direction that will provide the most comfort and care possible. Elena Goggin from Elder Life Care Planning exceeded my expectations in this area while advocating for the best interests of Margaret. I was impressed with Elena's work ethic for so many reasons. She always listened to me, she took the time to research the circumstances regarding my sister's situation carefully and probed further when more information was needed. Elena was honest, professional, transparent and candid when she needed to be. She always communicated with me in a timely manner and I was never left in the dark about anything regarding the care of my Sister. Elena personally addressed my concerns when it came to prepare my sister's health and care road map, guiding me calmly through every step and ensuring that the process was civil and dignified. During the progression Elena was completely client focused with an aptitude that made me feel like that my sister was the most important person in the world. In the end, the inevitable happened and Margaret passed away. Elena prepared us for this heartbreaking situation with her kind demeanor, compassion and pleasant disposition through this difficult process. Although only ten months have gone by since the passing of Margaret, I continue to send potential clients to Elena and her impressive team of co-workers. I cannot recommend Elena too highly nor say enough good things about her. There is no other care planner with whom I can adequately compare her too. Her expertise in his field of work you don't expect to experience nowadays and in it she has clearly demonstrated to me her complete set of skills, capabilities and compassion for the needs of her clients. If you have a need for exceptional representation in the area of life care planning or any other family health situation, I graciously recommend Elena Goggin from Elder Life Care Planning, you will indeed be fortunate if you can acquire her services. I'm extremely pleased with Elena Goggin and her staff, for being the compass of sound advice regarding my sister Margaret and you will forever be heroes to me and my family. Sincerely, Dan Nolan
