Been here twice, while the massage is very good, the atmosphere is less than average. No relaxing music, little to no English spoken, you can hear everyone talking in the background. Far from relaxing! The older woman at the front desk is always rude and clearly ungrateful for your business. Never ever a thank you! After today I will Not return . I have a difficult time spending my hard earned money with a business who have zero people skills and can't say "thank you". read more

Always get a fantastic massage here. They follow mall hours do it's real convenient to know I can come just about any time It's $60/ hour and well worth it. It's on par with a high end hotel spa regarding the quality of the massages. It doesn't matter who you get, they are all fantastic. Hot stones? Yes, usually done for no extra charge. Reflexology? I'm a massage therapist so I know a thing or two about massage and I was not impressed. My therapist just threw me in the room without talking about any of my concerns. I went there for my shoulders and it did not get the attention that I needed. No deep work, just oil gliding. At one point she was rubbing so fast, the friction made my skin itch. I like to keep my hands on a client at all times (they are paying for the time)but towards the end she left the room to get hot stones. She never informed me, I almost got up thinking the massage was over. I'm sorry but I will not be coming back. You can tell it is all about quantity and not quality. read more

One of the most unprofessional places I have seen in my life! Not only are they pressuring you to add one more time than what you request, but also pressure you to pay in cash and give you an attitude when you say no. The customer right before me, was harassed into giving cash for his payment with the woman even looking into his wallet and saying yes you have cash, give me cash, NO CARD. SHE KEPT REPEATING OVER AND OVER GIVE ME CASH. When it was my turn for payment, the woman proceeded jammed my card into the machine and pressed buttons like a maniac pretty much purposefully trying to get my card to not work. She kept insisting that my card was not working when in reality she was barely knew how to work her own machine! She kept insisting that my payment was declined, when I checked my account it was charging me and then refunding the payment. She then took my card and THREW it at me. I lost my cool and was appalled with the blatant disrespect! I then said to her give me the card machine and I will do it myself! Sure enough, when I placed my card in the machine and ran the transaction through everything went fine!!! The place is manipulative and when you don't do what you want they try their hardest to get their way. DO NOT GO HERE! Do not give these people your money. read more

I have been here twice. The first time I asked for 10 minute chair massage and the response was "30 minutes?" I said " no, 10" and every couple of minutes, right from the start he kept saying "you want 10 more minutes?" Today I went and said I want 10 minute chair massage (it's advertised on their sign at door), I repeated to him that I wanted 10 minutes. He set a timer for 30 minutes and put it on the floor. I pointed to it and said "no,I want 10 minutes." He replied "10, ok." As we got closer to 10 minutes I told him and then he went to get a hair clip and took his time putting it in and then continued massage. I thought well maybe he is making up for the times he stepped away and then finally I sat up and said it's been longer than 10 minutes (I thought perhaps they wanted me in the chair so they could attract more customers because everyone that walked by, the staff would ask if they wanted massage).He apparently didn't understand me and then called the woman over who I guess is owner and she said I got 17 minutes and wanted to charge me for that. I told her I asked for 10 minutes repeatedly. She rang me up and I added a $5 tip (50 percent) and she scoffed and said you got 17 minutes. I told her I would not be back and I will not. I recently got the 1 hour foot massage and was very satisfied with the service. At first, I thought it may be rushed along or not as high of quality, owing to the fact that it was in a mall storefront. I was pleasantly surprised though. My only recommendation for other customers in the future is to try to go during the weekdays. Each time I tried on the weekend, they were overbooked with quite a long wait. On a weekday however, I was in there instantly and they took their time and it was far less stressful for us both. read more

I got the 30 min foot reflexology massage. It was awesome and they did the foot and also ankles calves and thigh so more like a half body massage. Definitely worth the $30 and I will be coming back with friends. I think I will start coming every week. read more

Highly recommend if you're looking to get the knots knocked out - these therapists don't mess around. Great value for the $ at this place. $60 for 1 HR here where I would pay $90 elsewhere. For beginners, I recommend the 30 min foot or 60 min foot/ body combo. Every therapist is consistently good, and this is one of the few places where they can really put on the pressure and keep it on. Anyone from the west coast, you will find this place is set up similar to the foot spas that are out that way in abundance. read more

By far the best massage in town. I've been to several small business massage salons in Dunedin and safety harbor spa and this is the best. It's more similar to a massage that I've gotten over seas which I've found are better than in the U.S. if you're modest this isn't for you, my biscuits ,all of them were exposed several times. The sheet was whipped on a off several times for no apparent reason . If you are tender this is also not for you. They have very strong hands which I enjoy. The cons are that I was given a price before I took my clothes off of $30 for 30minutes and $60 for 60 minutes,then when I went to pay after 30 minutes they charged me 35 not that big of a deal but kinda annoying. Also another customer came in during my massage and asked for my masseuse then she left to work on the new customer and another masseuse came in to finish me so the left arm never got completed. Also the new lady's style was different. The last thing is that they made sure to set the timer but left the room several times for no apparent reason. The massage itself is the best in town though, if not I wouldn't return for their business practices. read more

Best massage of my life. My somewhat regular massage lady cancelled on me, again, so I just walked into this place, being close to me, with not too high expectations. I love getting massages and have tried a good few places and people. I was very pleasantly surprised. Staff is nice. My guy did not speak much English but I really could not care less. His hands spoke for him. I got all my problem areas deeply worked out which was extremely painful but the next morning i felt like a brand new person. I gotta find out his name and go back soon!!! read more
