Happened upon this place which is just a couple of doors down, closer to the water, from the Blue Marlin. Had been craving chilaquiles, so that is what I ordered. Got them with machaca, shredded beef. Normally they come with a red sauce but I have had them in the past with a mixture of red and green sauces, Christmas version if you will. That is what I got. First heard of the Christmas version many, many years ago, somewhere in Southern New Mexico. It was great then, same as it was today. Presentation was great, as were the chilaquiles; possibly the best I've ever eaten. As good as the food was, the service by James, was equally as good, excellent actually.
