For cocktails I tried one of their specialty drinks the Cowboy Jam (which actually has blackberry jam in it). It sounded odd, but was actually just a little fruity and sweet with a punch of booze. The hubby stuck to whiskey sours and loved them (they will make them with or without egg whites). For my last cocktail I just did an old fashioned with house bourbon and it was wonderful. They really made a balanced cocktail (not too sweet, just a hint of orange and bitters). Comfy barstools, friendly staff and big windows to people watch on the street. I asked for more rinds to go with my chili. I received 4, yes 4 on a plate. The pork had so much fat on it, I was having to cut it off with a knife before I could eat it. The bill came, I was totally shocked, I was charged $4.00 for the 4 pork rinds that were brought to me on a plate. I wasn't told there was an extra charge for more crackles. I was upset that the waitress, never said there was an extra charge, charging a $1.00 per pork rind is ridiculous. I was NOT impressed to say the least. We drove from Colorado Springs, I won't be coming back. I make better chili, no fat, just great flavor.
