Upon arriving at Dr. Fahsbender's office we were greeted with a warm smile from Neile at the front desk. Throughout our entire visit, Neile was so kind and extremely helpful making sure everything was in order as well as helping us make other appointments to continue my daughter's care. My daughter was so nervous because of past experiences with other dentists however, Dr. Fahsbender has a great sense of humor, is very personable and was telling her step by step what he was checking for which put her at ease during the whole experience. He showed my daughter her x-rays and explained each detail about what was going on in her mouth and made sure to answer any questions she or I had. Dr. Fahsbender is truly one of the most kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled, and trustworthy dentists we know. In fact, Dr. Fahsbender is the only dentist my mother has ever trusted, after years of being afraid of dentists from past experiences, once she found Dr. Fahsbender, she is no longer afraid to go to her dental visits! If you are looking for an amazing and professionally skilled dentist, I highly suggest you go see Dr. Fahsbender for a consultation, you will not regret it!

They need to change their outgoing message to accurately reflect their hours during COVID, the…read moreinaccuracy led to me leaving 4-5 messages on their machine with no response bc I thought they were open on Monday (what their vm states) when they are not. I tried to explain this several different ways to the dentist, but she seemed to not understand what I was saying, not sure if it was a language issue 2. Ive been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks-it is an emergency and I have throbbing pain that I have been treating with Ibuprofen and numbing gel but my fear is that it's a cavity and it will become worse or I will get an abscess if left untreated. They have been NO HELP. I called the dentist herself and she said she could not see me but could do a telehealth visit. Not even sure how a dentist would do that but what a joke. 3. I told the receptionist (Manuel) that I wanted to try and get an appointment before my vacation. He said he couldn't accommodate me for over a week even though I explained everything above and that my condition was painful and could get worse. Because my insurance lists only them as my provider, I didn't have a choice but to take what they offered (also why I was waiting in pain for 2 weeks for a call back). I made the appointment only to get a call back immediately with him asking me where I was going-totally reasonable given the climate today-but I'm only going to NY to visit family for 4 days and explained to him such. He said the dentist still would not see me! I asked for her direct number and called the dentist and she did not answer the first 4 times I called ... benefit of the doubt maybe she was busy but also maybe she was trying to avoid my call...so the 5th time I called she answered she wasn't helpful at all, and then said she could see me if I was only going to NY Bottom line, this office doesn't seem to care if patients are in pain or in managing their office in a way that is helpful to patients trying to make an appointment. Luckily my husband was able to get me an appointment with his dentist SAME DAY at 630pm (I didn't realize I'm listed on his insurance but am so glad I am)! I'm going to ask my insurance to change my dental provider immediately and if anyone needs the name of an amazing office with awesome staff, lmk and I'll give you the office that took me same day when I told them about my horrific experience with Middlesex Dental

From basic dentistry to implants, Dr. Reilly has transformed my mouth and I wouldn't have the results I do today without this team. There was so much I just didn't know about all-on-four implants. Like how Nobel is the original maker, and how the Nobel company has mandatory training. Or how it's not just implants, but possible bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions. I was determined to make these implants a reality from the moment Dr. Reilly sat me down and explained the process. He made it seem possible, and a few short years later, I had them. The thing most people don't know about all-on-four implants is the aesthetic skill required by the dentist, not just the knowledge. I would see advertising for overseas all on four implants at literally half the price, and I decided to thoroughly research it. What I found was those slashed prices included nothing other than the implants; all other dental work that may be required was charged additionally, including extractions, possible bone grafts, or sinus lifts, etc. also hotel expenses and/or return airfare and other ad hoc charges that may be applied. Most importantly, though, was the skill of the dentist. The States have rigorous educational requirements not always met in different countries. Anything can happen that the dentist must be prepared for, and, when dealing with a permanent solution to dental difficulties you want a dental team of perfectionists like Dr. Reilly and Dr. Dorfman. Best decision I ever made and I literally could not be happier. It is a life changing difference and I am forever grateful to this incredible team!
