We didn't want to work with her anymore since she was closed during business days and then 5 days later when she finally contacted us decided to scold us and gaslight both of us. Which is wrong. She is now refusing to transfer my wife's file to another location, blocked us both, and told us never to contact her again. I am personally going to call my attorney about breach of contract at this point. We can get an injunction on the behavior too. This behavior is awful. Truly hope she gets herself together. But until you hear or see some different reviews it's my recommendation from my personal dealings with Dawn that you look somewhere else if you want to get your license in a timely manner without the mental gymnastics.
