Terrible service and overpriced. This was an overpriced and really miserable experience. I had…read moreheard good things, but got annoyed quickly when the online class turned out to be a pathetic app that they simply charged double the cost for. I asked about this and they did not even respond. Scheduling was then a nightmare for the Behind the Wheel portion with no . The instruction seemed very lax with no confidence building. Once my son reached his last lesson and test, we ran into a scheduling conflict and were told they do not re-schedule. We paid a lot of money and scheduled during a pandemic and there was no way to reschedule a final lesson and test? Additionally, they were extremely rude, my son didn't seem to learn much (they never even did any interstate driving), and the cost is much higher than other driving schools. Zero helpfulness or even a shred of compassion with our situation to try to reschedule. We now have to retake (and repay) for the entire course elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company. They seem to just be going through the motions and taking people's money without any care for families or students.

Dawn is impossible to work with. We don't know what the deal is, but she has been totally…read moreunprofessional. We didn't want to work with her anymore since she was closed during business days and then 5 days later when she finally contacted us decided to scold us and gaslight both of us. Which is wrong. She is now refusing to transfer my wife's file to another location, blocked us both, and told us never to contact her again. I am personally going to call my attorney about breach of contract at this point. We can get an injunction on the behavior too. This behavior is awful. Truly hope she gets herself together. But until you hear or see some different reviews it's my recommendation from my personal dealings with Dawn that you look somewhere else if you want to get your license in a timely manner without the mental gymnastics.

I signed my daughter up for the drivers ed course and behind the wheel after emailing with the…read moreowners about the course to make sure it was the correct class for my daughter since the information on their website is very vague. I was assured that the drivers ed course would be for my daughter as she had not taken the written permit test and didn't have a permit yet. Fast forward 8 weeks and now the owner is telling me that she should have already taken the test and that this course that she just went through was for individuals who had failed the written test 3 times and if she had taken the test and failed the course would allow her to get her permit. I am beyond annoyed. I specifically contacted them and got an affirmative from them that this course was for students who had not taken their written permit test yet. So essentially they took my money and didn't communicate that the class was not what we had discussed I was looking for. I would not recommend them for any future business. When I brought up the fact that we had emailed about this prior to my signing up my daughter and paying, I was told "he gets a lot of emails" as if that is an excuse for lying about what the course is.
